Rude, Bait and Switch, and Horrible Customer Service.   Don't expect anything after you leave the store.  Jimmy is the worst!

I purchased two tuxedos & a tux shirt from Jimmy at their Westwood in February 2013.  The tux shirt was bundled in to the "final" price.  He did indicate that it was free.  But as we all know nothing is free in this world and I am sure that I would have paid less money for the tux without the tux shirt. The wrong tux shirt size (32" sleeves) was mailed to me.  I returned the shirt for an exchange in March.  A new one was going to be mailed. 

I called many times to find out the status of the order, but Jimmy never returned any of my phone calls.  I finally reached him on April 17th and he said that the correct size would ship out on April 19th with a delivery on April 22nd.  I never received the shirt.  Called many times and Jimmy never returned any calls.  I finally reached him on May 7th and he told me that a 16 1/2",  34-35, wing tip, with convertible cuffs would be delivered within 3 days. 

What was delivered on May 9th was a 17" collar shirt!   I called on May 9th and left two messages with Jimmy and no return calls.   I called back again at about 4:00PM and finally spoke with Jimmy.  He said  "If You Don't Like The Shirt, Send It Back.  We Don't Have Any 16 1/2" White Tux Shirts In Your Style.  You Got A Good Deal." 

When I tried to explain to him that 17" shirt is too big, he abruptly told me in a very loud and provocative tone " Stop Calling My Sales People And Harassing  Them."  I said in a very calm voice that all I want is the shirt that I bargained for.  He said "The Shirt Was Free"  I said the final cost of the tux included the tux shirt and I am sure that I would have paid less money for the tux without a shirt.  Jimmy then yelled in the phone  "Just Shut Up"  and he hung up on me.   

I got nowhere when I called back through their corporate number and spoke with Michael, who said he was a manager.   It's truly amazing that this store doesn't care about its reputation, the conduct of their employees, and provide the goods that was bargained for.   I spent almost $700 at MensUSA and they can't rectify their mistake over a $50 shirt.    

Their web site claims to have "100% Money Back Guarantee".  That statement is false and misleading.    Their web site states: "If somehow we mistakenly misrepresented the item we will reimburse the full amount paid plus return shipping cost."  That statement is also false and misleading.   I paid and bargained for a tuxedo and a tux shirt, along with another tuxedo and a separately paid for shirt.  Men's USA can't tell me that there is no value associated to the tux shirt that Jimmy tried to bait me in by closing the deal.
