We had placed order with menubus in April,we were told by a person named Jax that he will finish installation within 3-4 days at the time of placing the order,then he said it will take a week ,then he asked for a few more weeks.

He showed partial progress,early June he dissapeared without completing the delivery.When we started asking for a refund in July he did not respond.We reached out to a person named Mike Belts who said he will ask Jax to contact us and refund or find an amicable resolution,nothing happenned for 10 days,the Jax responded and and said he can finish the installation in 3-4 days,we said first refund then lets talk about completion of project and if we will want to work with Menubus.He has not at all been apologetic,but falsely claims he had finished the installation.He has not.I suggest all to be wary this company and this guy Jax or Jackson.As looks like they are in business on onlinescam.If he was genuine about refund or customer service,he would have refunded money and aplogized,instead he now claims falsely that he has finished installation.We have lost the money paid to Menubus for a piece of software which was never installed to our specification,and there is no refund as yet.

We had communicated via email and skype.
