Bought a futon with mattress. They sent the futon but not the mattress. Called many people and got a hold of katheren. She gives me the run around. I don't even think she really does anything. Its been almost 3 months since I ordered the product. My futon is sitting bare collecting dust. I will like to meet this "Katheren" to blow some steam. Also, my money haven't been refunded yet!
