Merchants Discount Health Plan deducted $39 plus from my business checking account, no idea how they got the checking account number. The phone number has not been in business for at least six months, so I was simply closing this business. They say they called me in May at the disconnected phone number and I approved a health care plan for my employees-NOT! The number is disconnected and how could they cover employees they have no idea who they are????
