Merchandise Direct (Buxton Bag) Huge rip-off Wallingford Connecticut

Well, they got me too. The Merchandise Direct sent me emails thanking me for the $449.70 worth merchandise I bought from them. I ordered 2 bags for $19.95 each and they slapped on four more orders for a total of 6 regular bags, 5 delux bags, and 2 palm wallets. The next morning when I went on line i found the email, I immediately called them and they told me they were already processed and there is nothing they could do about it. I asked them in whose world did it make sence to order 5 different orders and pay shipping on all of them (all same address) even if I did order them. Then they blamed it on my computer.(which is only a year old and never a problem) My Husband again called that afternoon and was given a voicemail that of course never returned the call. This all happend one week ago today. Today I called them and got absolutely no where. I did call my visa card and put a fraud report on it. They told me that 2 of the 5 orders were on back order. I guess I bought the store out. Any how now I have to go to my bank and close my account and reopen a new one because if I dont, there may be no stopping them.
