Merchant Payment Solutions ripoff consumer fraud false promises waste of time lied to us victimized many consumers Columbus Georgia

This business should be demolished brick by brick. After much consideration and discussion with my new wife we decided to invest in two of these Mini-atm machines. I talked to a Tim Tooker who was more than happy to sell us the machines. They have a program that allows you to purchase one on credit for every one you purchase with cash. Initially we decided to do this and Tim faxed me the paperwork. After reviewing it I noticed the interest rate(through a third party finance company)was 21 percent!!

I told Tim that I would rather place the machines on my Discover card as the rate was far lower. He said that made sense and we proceeded with the transaction. We gave him all the necessary paperwork which included a business bank account where our "profits" would be deposited. The third party finance company promptly DEDUCTED $185.76 from the account!! We gave no authorization to do this and my wife hit the roof!!! After 3 weeks and talking to Gloria Porter(sales)Mr. Ellington(put me on hold and hung up on me and then was "unavailable")and Kenyatta(receptionist?) we recieved a check for the $185.76 but NOT for the $21 overdraft fee that the unauthorized deduction caused!!

We have been given the runaround about the location placement since June 25th 2002. They say the location has not been approved. One of the prerequisites is that you sumbit a picture of the location along with a cancelled business check and the signature of the owner. If they have all of that, which they do, what more approval do I need? Phone calls are not returned, e-mails are ignored and I am sick to my stomach of Kenyatta and Gloria telling us "your request is being given top priority"!!! We have been told that under no circumstances will our money be refunded or that we can return the machines. They have breached the contract and simply do not care.

I abhor people that bring lawsuits for no reason or try to get more than they invested. I now understand what "pain and suffering mean" when it comes to being ripped off. We put off buying a house for this and have now incurred nearly $4000 in debt. They will be hearing from my lawyer in the near future. Stay away from MERCHANT PAYMENT SOLUTIONS AT ALL COSTS!! For you MPS employees and paid devotees, don't waste my time with your fake rebuttals!!!
