Merchant Referral Solutions I invested $7500. in their company in Feb, and by June no more communication. Phoenix, Arizona

I was contacted by these people around Christmas time in 09 numerous times about how much money I could make a year and by Aug of 2010 I could be up $5000/month in addition to my current income with only 2-5 hrs /week time into it, and to get started it would cost $197 for the starter kit. This was my first mistake I sent it to them on 1-28-09.

I was contacted weekly and sometimes more frequant about getting advertising going to get things moving more quickly. I was going in for knee replacement on Feb 22,2010 and told them I wouldn't be able to do anything for several weeks after that date.

Then they hit me hard on the advertising that if I bought in then, I would be well under way and the adds would be paying off by the time I would be back on my feet and would help offset my cost for my surgery. The cost for the advertising was $7500. which I didn't have but soon came down to $5000, to get things started and I agreed to that. I had to close out a small retirement account, that I had to get the money and had my bank wire it to them. 

By the first part of mar,2010 I had no information of any action or reports on the adds that were supsidly happening,and when I comunicated to them my lack of info they said I had not paid the full $7500. so only email adds were being sent out and recorded phone adds were being made, and if I wanted the full package I needed to get them the $2500, I was missing, and by this time I was hoping for somthing in return and again they persuaded me to send in the $2500. and then the returns were to follow. On 3/11/2010 I wired the money.

I was in communication weekly with my coach William Caldwell on how to recrute new referrals but still no info regarding my returns. This kept up until the middle or the end of may then nothing any more, I could not contact them and they returned no calls which they had always done before. I tried all phone numbers I had and left messages every time and no reply,and now the customer service # is disconnected but on the main # I can still leave a message but no reply. 

There went my $7697. and nothing to show for it except for receipts from my bank for the wired money transactions.
