Merchants' Credit Guide Co. Trying to collect an alleged debt Chicago Illinois

After filling my taxes I suddenly began to receive letters of alleged unpaid debt that I had on defaulted account. One of them is from Merchants' Credit Guide Co. stating they are able to offer me one of three repayment plans to settle this balance. They state also that unles I notify this office within 30 days after receiving this notice that I disputed the validity of the debt or any portion thereof, that this office will assume the debt to be valid and that they will obtain a copy of a judgment and mail me a copy of such judgment or verification.

This is a scam, I do not owe anyone from Bankfirst or ever had an account with them. I will write a letter to the Attorney General of such state (Illinois) and the state of Florida to put this people behind bars for trying to steal "ripoff" money from hard working citizen.

Do not be afraid or intimidated by these threating letters, fight the good fight and help put an end to "professional thieves.
