Merimac Capital Sales rep did not honor their word: false promises Fort Worth Texas

Merimac rep came uninvited to my business trying to push their credit card machine.  I already ahd a machine and service with another company. I told him I was not interested.  He assured me his product was better and that he could get the other lease cancelled and I would not have to do a thing.  He would take care of it.

I switched companies  based on his word which was givento  me and to my collegue.  He told me to call him if I had any problems.  He did not get the lease switched over.  He was not able to be contacted.  I called him numerous times to no avail.

I am now being sued by Merimac because I went back to the company I had origanlly contracted with since he did not get the contract cancelled or transferred as he promised.  The reps from that company are calling me and telling me I signed a contract with them and I told them that I had a verbal contract with their sales rep.  They did not care what their reps were saying to push their product and they refused to honor their reps word.

We will see what happens in court.  Don't believe a word of what these reps tell you because they will say and promise anything to get you to sign up and then they disappear and you will be fighting the wolves on your own.
