Do not use them, they lie, pressure you into unnecessary repairs and over charge for parts and labor. My elderly grandma took her car in for a simple brake job. They put her car on a lift removed the tires the showed her that the they could shake the steering (the steering is supposed to move) then claimed it was not supposed to move and that she had to have her tie rod replaced and a front end alignment. I had checked the car prior to her going in for the simple brake job and it only needed new pad. They then pressured her into having the service done padding the bill $350. They also replaced the rotors unnecessarily for another $160.

When I went back to complain Fred the Manager and his staff started to lie to me. First thing they said was the wheel moved. I challenged them that is supposed to happen and that does not mean anything. I then said looking at the tires or the car pulling in direction tells you if you need alignment work. They then said the tires showed uneven ware. We then looked at the tires which showed no uneven ware, they then said they rotated the tires. I then pointed out to them that one wheel was missing the center hub cap and it was in the same location as before and showed them that no tire on the car showed uneven ware. They finally said my grand mother approved all repairs. Everything they said to me was a lie to cover the fact that they performed unnecessary work to pad the bill by over $500. Do not use them and tell your family and friends not to use them.
