I use to be a nextcard holder and merrick bank took over my account. The problems is , they keep putting on my bill extra charges for annual fees and i never activated a new card with merrick bank. I did pay off the old remaining amount the was with the prior card. The new card had a brochure with it stating no annual fees etc.
they stated over the phone they were going to deduct the amount of the annual fee but still keep doing it.
