Merwin Long Term Care Unjust Workplace employment wise. New Brighton Minnesota

The management there are to friendly and cliquish with the employees there. "everybody is close" The work environment is supposed to be a healthy atmosphere but too bad that they allow women to be sexually harrassed and get away with it. Did I mention that they are racist as well? They are okay with any other race that kiss their a*s but when one stands for whats right they all work together to get a person fired or let go. There are discrimination laws against that!

The drivers think they got so much power to form an alliance to turn against a person they dont like to get fired, so they all work together from the drivers to the management team. Just to mention that women there have no voice... they are to shut up and put up with that ever is being done to them making it a hostile working environment for them. The management team dont have no back-bone. They seem to do whatever they are told by the drivers...personally, I think the drivers should run the company, to hell with the CEO on down. My point is this place is a hell hole and not a good place to work.

No good work ethics. One lady that worked there, she's an african american.. she has another career in the fashion industry and decided to switch up careers, they got to talking about her booty every day and saying what they wanted to do to her and saying vulger language, well anyway, to make the long story short the reported them for sexual harrassment to the management, they claimed they alledgelly investigated and could find nothing. It appears that every meeting the poor lady had with the management, the drivers knew all about it.

Someone in the meeting relays the message back to heresay and to the drivers...that sucks! I hope she's not working there anymore because the whole floor turned on her, most women there are jealous of her so they join with the drivers... poor girl. Well anyway they should be slapped with a discrimination lawsuit. I hope she sue the hell out of that company!!! I hear that she turned down a good paying competitor job just to stay with the company. too bad. I wouldnt even trust what they do to the medication with all that bullshit going on, they probly is spicing the womens pops or whatever they drink. #MERWIN SUCKS
