Mesa PD--home for lunatics, liars, and criminals and corruption

The document begins simply enough: "I hereby and in wriiting do affirm, attest, document and prove perjury and the direct and knowing falsification of police reports by officers Marrical, Withrow, C.T. Lines, and others..." It weighs about 22 pounds now, though I shall soon have to break up the evidence and hide it with friends.

Mesa P.D. (that's really a misnomer, they are NOT a polcie department, they are a criminal organization) is so corrupt, they aren't even interested in facts.

My old website on Netscape, "Fishnoodles", was hacked to death by one of their minions, and I can prove that.

I have been stopped by the ratbastards in their "East Valley DUI Task Force" 17 times (twice in one night back in June 2001), including 13 times when I hadn't even been near a drink. Falsified evidence, bogus probable cause, perjury, fakery, lies, cowardice...this is their arsenal, fully backed by 1200 officers in a community of 400,000, and 11-17% of the population (the hardcore Mormons), they are a criminal organization, and my new website will include the documents to prove it.

What I need--what this ENTIRE community MUST have--is a tough, crusading Federal prosecutor, looking for headlines, hopefully, and for a future as a reformer, to stick his nose in, examine the civil rights and other violations, and start putting these scum in prison, in the general population, where they belong, for crimes deeper and more revolting than anything their victimes even contemplate.

It begins with Hutchinson ("City Manager", paid more than our esteemed Mayor, and hand-picked successor of Charles Luster, the Mormon filth who preceded him), but ends with vicious and gutless and fraudulent police conduct, every second of every minute of every day. There are so many cases, it will require several websites and probably a new book... But someone has to get the ball rolling.

I am sure there are many decent officers on the force, but they must be buried in the garbage I see daily. Unfortunately, with all the civil suits, no one with the courage and means to destroy this fiefdom has put everything together and submitted it to the Department of Justice, and others who can retire/ imprison the collection of ratbastards who run this rotten apple. It has to happen, and it has to be soon. Only criminal convictions will help, and no one in Arizona government, at any level, has dare to even evince interest, or look at the evidence.
