This terrible company sold me 24/7 emergency road side service policy.
Guess what? The policy doesnt cover road side service- its just a a broker who farms out and approves work.
I was stranded on the side of the road for days - Whne I finally got a hold of anyone at the roadside service number listed on the policy they told me that they do not honor the policy the dealer sold me ( it was outta date and services no longer available)
I called back the dealer and got the run around - then noone is availble after the receptionists asks my name.
I called LaMesa corporate office and just got the run around again. It looks like I am out the 1000.00
I was also told by the dealer that they would fix things that were broken on the RV and when I called the service department, I was told they wouldnt even look at it for less then 250.00 even though the contract said they would for no charge.

i was a RV tech for many years, many RV dealers just care about money and they get paid to do what is called a PDI, pre delivery INSPECTION to make sure that EVERTHING works before the customer gets a chance to see it or buy it...
