Messerli & Kramer ripoff in Minnesota. NASTY BOTTOM FEEDER DEBT COLLECTOR Plymouth Minnesota

Just was served a summons to answer complaint within 20 days or they will get a default judgment on me. The bottom feeder lawyers name is RYAN D. KAPLAN #0352718
This CON outfit loves to sue in Minnesota. I did call the jerks and asked to talk to this jackass Ryan Kaplan, and they would not let me do so. That I have to answer the complaint in writeing only. What a-holes.

Anyway I have been paying a lawyer in Mankato MN to fully retain him in Bankruptcy. Once I get him paid in full I can get this dirtbag off my but. So if they do take me to court, I will fight it and ask them to have proof of the debt (Capital one). Something with my name on it. I know they can't do it. But it will buy me time to get the bankruptcy in court. Here is the break down on what they want me to pay them ..

This dirty outfit has a history of freezing your bank accounts and cleaning you out without notice till you get a notice from the bank of a overdraft. ANYONE who has to deal with debt collectors, FIGHT THEM. I have been telling people in Marshall, MN on how to fight them. And to go to ripoffreport.com and learn as much as the can about the FDCPA. Collectors buy the accounts for 2 to 3 cents on the dollor and try to get you to pay with big fees . Don't let them get a judgement on you. Show up in court and tell them to prove the debt with something with your signiture on it. Most likely the judge will toss the case, because they can't prove it at all.
