Beware of Metric Pools (aka Water Lily's). Please take this as a warning. We do not want you to lose money and time on this company like we did!!!! They are professional con-artists. This company is owned by two brothers, Brad and Rev. Don't let their nice British/Australian accents fool you. They are "sweet talkers."
They take your money up front and then never show up. When you call them up to ask why they didn't show up one of the brother's state that the other brother had back surgery and they will be glad to refund your money. Well guess what.....you NEVER see your money again no matter how many calls, letters or faxes you send. Check out their status on BBB.
So if you need any kind of swimming pool service, repair or insalation....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Trust us, there are so many great companies out there that are honest, ruputable and most importantly, they show up. We can not emphasize enough that owners Brad and Rev of Metric Pools are unethical, unprofessional, unresponsive... but most of all THIEVES.

These comments were submitted by Lillian who resides in Illinois. She owns a home in Lake Worth Fl. I personally performed a leak detection at her premises more than 2 years ago and when we communicated the leak problems too her with a price for repairs, she complained about us not including the repair price in the leak detection price. I have a signed contract with Lillian specifically outlining leak detection and what she was paying for. This contract also specifically shows a "leak detection only" price and states that all repairs are additional. It is written on the front of our contract which she read and signed (it is not fine print on the reverse).
Lillian has filed numerous complaints with Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs and BBB. Both complaints were disputed by me and both dismissed by those organisations, documentation available at Better Business Bureau and Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs (online). Along with her complaints to these organisations, Lillian has called my business phone sometimes 3 times per month after hours from an unidentified phone number(restricted) and leaves disturbing messages. She has included almost a dozen voice messages in the last 2 years since this issue began. Although this complaint was signed anonymous, I know for a fact that it is Lillian as I have had just 1 complaint against me in 10 ears - Her complaint!
Lillian has gone too far with her comments on this website and It seems as if legal action might be the only alternative to her slander and deformation remarks.
