Avoid at all cost.  I called their main number for an appointment with a neurologist (I was very clear I already had/have a GP who was pressing me to see a neuro, knew my diagnosis, and only needed to see a neuro).  I was assured repeatedly I'd be coming in to the appointment to visit with a neuro.  When I arrived and was called back, I was first reprimanded by a Dr S. for not including enough info on my forms for her to feel comfortable knowing what was going on...then I was informed I was expecting too much of her when I went into detail thinking I was speaking with the neuro I'd been assured I was making the appt to see.  She was incredibly rude and abrasive and eventually clarified to me that she was in fact not a neuro and would only be able to refer me to come back to visit a neuro.  I did not complete the appt after that - told her I did not wish to deal further with her (she then said she could refer me to another GP as she it turned out was just an intake).  I paid $35 which I was informed was the total cost for that (incomplete and not agreed to) appt, and called in the next day to make sure any further appts/referrals were not to be made.  I was assured all was canceled and cleared.  

Within a month I received a bill which I had to call in and go thru the above and have cleared.  I also received a written referral to see a neuro despite all of the above and understanding from Dr S initially that I'dve still had to come in to see a GP prior to any referral being made.  Then, today, on top of all,  I received a new bill for $88, with no detail as to what for save office visit and what might have been included for the medical code.  

I called in and medical records insisted they couldn't help me (they seem to think a prescription was written for me), I'd have to talk w/the office manager, a Zanda, who I left a vm for but did not hear back from.  I called and spoke w/another office person who also tried to txfr me to records again, and eventually put me on hold to supposedly speak with her boss.  10 minutes later and less than 10 min to close (4pm) I gave up holding and tried to call back in - but no one answered this time.

This 'service' is a nightmare and apparently will haunt and chase me for.......ever....as long as my data exists in their database to suddenly up and bill with.  Because, I've already gone thru much of this once before and been assured all was cleared up/cxld/zeroed out/paid in full w/the initial payment etc.....and here we go again.  I'd prefer to take my chances with death before I'd take my chances with Metro Community Provider Network again.
