To any Chiropractors looking to build your practice, DO NOT use Chiro Metro Marketing located in Howell, NJ.

They try to suck you into their no risk, zero down, 0% interest cost for doing telemarketing dialing hours to get patients into your office. They "guarantee" they will get you a minimum of 40 patients or you don't pay. Yes, I got 40 patients but many of them wanted a free spinal screening with no intentions of becoming a regular patient. In addition,it doesn't matter if they stay for the visit or come with another person who gets seen and they don't, it still counts toward your so called guarantee. Chiro Metro Marketing is saying to me that it is not their responsibility and it's my job to convert them into paying patients? Really? How can I make that possible if they send me patients who have money problems and can't pay for care. If I can't get paid, THEY CAN'T GET PAID! I went even beyond a spinal screening and gave these people a free treatment as well. I was reluctant about this company for along time and I should have gone with my instincts and not joined.

They basically want to get paid for their dialing hours which I really question. They send me rosters of names (about 20-30) and only 1-2 show up! This doesn't make sense. Why would all of these people make appointments for a free spinal screening and not show up? Besides, anyone can put names on paper and claim to have made calls. I want them to prove it! On top of that, none of the leads have contact info next to their name. And if they don't show, Chiro Metro Marketing claims they will reschedule them for you. I'm not convinced nor impressed. Their representative, Christina Galatro, stated in her email that her company would get me "motivated potential patients" with a return of investment beyond what I can imagine and all I got were people wasting my time. I refuse to pay them and I want other chiropractors/consumers who were ripped off by them to join me to seek retribution so that no one else falls for their deceptive telemarketing scheme.

I do not like to admit it but I was employeed by this company. Here is how they work: They advertise in the newspapers and via numerous prison re-entry programs the potential to make 12-20/Hr. They bring you in for an "interview" which basically is a sit down with a "floor supervisor" that has never been trained to conduct an interview. They will ask you to read a script for them. Provided you do not have any speech problems and can somewhat pronounce all the words, you are offered a job. Most people cannot even read the script, they are assisted with the "difficult" words such as chirporactic.

On your first day, you are "trained" in a group. Mostly people just getting out of prison, maybe a few people that think they can actually make big money. They go through a poor excuse for a training manual and then you are led to the"floor" which is basically like a perp walk. You are given a chance to make some calls and thats that. The goal for the floor supervisors is to have as many appointments set as possible. The goal for the employee is to meet their goal each hour.

The supervisors rarely confirm that the employees make good appointments. An employee is sent home if they are not setting appointments. I know of employees using the names of friends for appointments just to meet goal. They are not trying to produce quality appointments by any means. The entire framework of the place is a mess. Management and supervisors is basically made up of the un-employable. I would advise anyone to stay away. I left on my own once I was able to return to my career path and several years later, the whole experience seems like a bad dream!
