If you are a salary employee of these people working over 40 hrs a week and not getting paid time and a half for all hours over 40, you are getting cheated. You can read it for yourself at http://www.flsa.com/overtime.html.
If you are the employer reading this... check it out for yourself and stop cheating these people. I will be reporting this further if these employers dont stop trying to take advantage of people. This is America. We look out for our own. We have laws to protect people (Fair Labor Standars Act) if you no longer work for these people and didnt get paid for your overtime. It isnt to late call a Labor Attorney. There is one listed on the web site above. Don't let them tell you that this law does not apply to Managers of their stores. You are the ones who are getting cheated the worst.

That is exactly what they do. They take advantage of the economical situation because people are desperate to keep their jobs and they exploit their employees. An employee get paid "salary" x more than 54 hours every week monday to saturday from 9:30 until the last customer left around 8:00 pm and get paid less than $400 weekly. They are overworked just one employee per store the whole day.

These Smartcell people are authorised dealers of metro pcs, I dont think that it is metro pcs that is ripping people off. but I think Metro PCS needs to look into who is representing them and their Company, I am sure some of the stock holders would love to read some of this.
