I purchased a bundle which waa 2 phones and and 2 cases. I asked if it didnt work may i get a refund. Salea rep said sure no problem. After 3 trips and stiill no force. After 4 hous the boss came back. He. Said he wont do it. He was very loud and used profanities. And tried to intimidate me with his height. I would not recommend anyone doind business with this horrible individual. He is a disgrace to metro PCS.
