 I have been going through metro pcs for about 4 months now and up until now i have not had any problems with them. My phone bill was due and i forgot, being a mother with a full time job, these things happen. I went to pay my bill on their mobile app and it wouldnt work so i checked my bank account. Apparently they had charged me 3 different ammounts. 60, 40 and 25. They depleted my account of funds. But my phone was still shut off... I had to get a 48 hour extension just to try and resolve this. I am not on auto pay and i had used my card the previous month to pay my bill. I spent hours trying to talk to someone and each time got the run around. I was told they were pending and needed to cancel the transactions, that i did not do, with my bank.

When i got a hold of my bank they said there was nothing they could do because they had already gone through. So i tried again with metro, which would only let me do a text chat and would not let talk to a person on the phone. I was at work and had to text chat for an hour. I told the lady that if they turned my phone back on they could keep the 60 they took(my bill is 56) and all i wanted was the other 65 put back. She told me that i paid someone elses bill and i dont know ANYONE with metro pcs. She said she filed a claim for a missing payment and that my service was restored. I would receive the money back in 8 to 10 business days for the 60 but i needed to call my bank and report fraud... Which i did. They canceled my card and charged me for a new one. But i needed to do all this stuff that could take up to 2 months to get it back if they felt it was fraud. I did not cause the problem. I just want my money back!

debited my bank account w/out permission

i do not have auto pay and for yrs i have paid my bill online and now all of a sudden these guys debited $130.00 out of my account, i did not even owe that much, they just took what they wanted, now i have a 25.00 credit, this is illegal, if there are anymore people who have had there card debited w/out being on autp pay, respond to this complaint, we need to get together and stop these crooks

 I just noticed that 60 dollars has been put back into my account but the 40 and 25 are still not there. There is no reason for them to have any money from me. My phone has not had service since 4/28/2017 and i receive no other services besides my prepaid 56 dollar phone bill.
