No wet caution cone around the area,(negligent on behlf of Metro worker. Time: Approxiamately 7:25 AM -7:40 AM When one of the Metro worker went to find someone to place a cone, no one was around to be found everything is on camera at the station. About 5 metro worker seen the fall came to assist me and ask if I was alright. They told me to go over to the call emergency wall to call customer service but since it was on a Saturday and Labor day weekend no one answer. I also went to Sheriff to report the incident, I was given a number to make to report with you guys. I did go to Saint Mary Hospital on September 03, 2016 hospital discharge me at 10:31:14 I was headed to long beach for work so I went to Saint Mary. I took picture attach are the picture I could take with my cell phone but you can see the water and newspaper that one of the Metro random worker placed over the puddle of water until clean crew came. Minutes later no clean up crew. Enclosed are the pictures I took Crystal Lax

CRYSTAL LAX MAKING A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT THAT METRO TRANSIT STILL HAVENT CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL NOR PHONE REGARDING SOME FORM OF SETTLEMENT FOR A SLIP AND FALL THAT HAPPEN SEPTEMBER 03. 2016 TIME:7:25 AM-7:40 AM. BLUE TRAIN LINE STATION..NO WET YELLOW CAUTION CONE..NO ASAP CLEAN UP AFTER MY SLIP AND FALL. THE MAJORITY IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES IS HISPANIC I'M AFRICAN AMERICAN BLACK WOMAN THAT HAD A SLIP AND FALL AND NOW ITS SEEM AS IF THEY DONT WANT TO SETTLE WITH ME DUE TO ME BEING AFRICAN AMERICAN, i NOTICE MYSELF AND DAUGHTER NATISHA VERNELLE LAX 28 05/15/1988 START BEING HARASSED BY SECURITY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT.

ONE THING ABOUT THE CITY OF LOS ANGLES SOME HISPANIC ARE RACIST AGAINST BLACKS HERE AND FEEL AS IF WE DONT DESEVE TO BE TREATED WITH EQUALITY BUT MARTIN LUTHER KING FOUGHT WHICH WAS A BLACK MAN FOR ALL RACE OF PEOPLE TO HAVE EQUALITY. SOME BLACKS ARE DENIED DEPRIVED FROM HOUSING WHILE HISPANIC ARE FOREVER LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR RACE OF PEOPLE, WE BECOME HARASSED GOING TO THEIR STORES TO SHOP, GYM OR ANY BUILDING THAT HSIPANIC RAN WE AS BLACKS HERE ARE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST.

IF WHITES ARENT ALLOWED TO DISCRIMATE AGAINST PEOPLE WHY ARE SOME HSIPANIC GETTING AWAY WITH OPPRESSING BLACKS HERE IN LOS ANGELES. HISPANIC SAYS THEY TOOK BACK CALIFORNIA BECAUSE IT WAS STOLEN FROM THEM, BUT LAST I CHECKED CLAIFORNIA IS A PART OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA MEANING THIS STATE ISNT JUST FOR THE HISPANIC BUT BLACK WHITE EVERYONE THAT'S A US LEGAL CITIZEN OF AMERICA AND PAID TAXES IN THIS COUNTRY. WE AS BLACK AMERICANS SHOULDNT HAVE TO FEEL NOR BE TREATED AS IF WE'RE SLAVES NOW TO TH HISPANIC WHITE AND EVERYONE ELSE RACE IN THE YEAR OF 2016. WE ARE FREE AMERICAN CITIZEN AND DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS SUCH.

I EXPECT METRO ATTORNEY TO COME TO A FAIR AGRREMENT FOR A QUICK SETTLEMENT WITH ME. I'M HOMELESS AND I DESERVE WHATEVER GOOD BLESSING THAT MAY COME OUT OF THIS. IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES, WE AS AFRICAN AMERICAN BLACK NEED TO GATHER A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, WE NEED TO BOYCOTT DOWNTOWN STORE AREAS UNTIL HISPANIC LEARN TO RESPECT US AND STOP DISCRIMINATING AGAINST US. WE NEED TO SHUT DOWN THEIR MONEY MAKING BUSINESS. CLEAN UP SKID ROW THAT SHOW BLACKS HOMELESS FOR MONEY GAIN, YOUR CITY REPRESENT WHO YOU ARE. IF YOU ALLOW HOMELESS TO BLOW OUT THAT BIG, IT MEANS YOU REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE POOR STRUGGLING BACKS IN YOUR CITY, THEN I MUST ASK THE QUESTION IS THIS AMERICA?
