MetroPCS MetroPCS stole $1600 from my account Internet

MetroPCS deducted $1662 from my checking account without authorzation, my bill was $151 and was also deducted. They left me with $34 dollars to feed my family for 2 weeks. I called them 3 times, they hung up on me twice and then Blocked my account the 3rd time I called. I reported them to my Bank (Wells fargo) who seems to think that A buisness is always right and an individual (99%'r) must be lying.
