According to the Advertisements and the sales rep at store at the point of signing up-----i was to be charged $60 all inclusive when i received my bill the invoice showed that i was being charged for taxes on top of the total and i point it out and they indicated they would take care of it----a month later i go in to pay my bill and the sales rep tell be that i have to pay them an additional $3 for the right to pay the bill in cash ----i asked if i could speak to some one in their corporate office they said they had no telephone to give me and all they could give me is an address ----i researched on web and most of the numbers referred to the company have been disconnected and finally i tried to call for help on their customer service line and i was unable to reach a human being and all it did was prompted me to pay bill over the tele-----i thought about it an i refused to pay any additional monies---i told the rep that i would be happy to pay the 60 for the bill they refused to accept payment -----are we as consumers going to let these companies rip us off just because it has become their policy ----outrageous ----does cash no longer have value in America?

There are a few ways to pay without a fee:
1) Automatic Deduction Set up Auto Pay by contacting Customer Service. Dial *611 from your MetroPCS phone or 1.888.8metro8 (1.888.863.8768). It's free
2) Express Pay, available online through the MetroPCS website.
3) Mail payments to: MetroPCS Wireless, Inc. PO Box 5119 Carol Stream, IL 60197-5119. You want to make sure that you put your account # on the check.

my opinion to you if you here the radio ads and go to website you may find that it does say "not including convinience fees" metropcs does not charge that but their third party payment system but if you pay online or automatic payment system its free or also by mail and to reach cx service when your phone is off you cant thru *611 you have to dial *228 thats not rip off just mis understanding
