 was in the 1889 NW 7th St, Miami FL 33125 MetroPCS store on June 7th 2011. I was in line to exchange a phone and open up 3 new lines of service.  A customer in front of me was asking for an iphone that the salesperson said that they did not have.  When the salesperson walked away, I mentioned to the buyer I had a personal iphone I could sell him.

 Upon hearing this the salesmen became berate and the assault began.  His words to me began by saying 'there is no solicitation here, get the f*** out of my store.'  Taken aback by this vicious behavior I told him that if the customer did not buy anything in the store I would be waiting outside the store on public property to sell him my phone.  The other customer and myself watched in horror as the salesmen lost all self control.  I have never heard more words like f***ing piece of s**t, motherf***er within such a short period with blatant demands to leave the store.

 Taken aback, I asked for his name and the managers name saying I will file a BBB report.  At this point his rage continued and he kept suggesting that I go in the back and physically confront him.  At this his manager came out who overheard the entire exchange.  The manager refused to give me his or the employees name, did not apologize for the employees behavior, was completely apathetic and just asked me to leave the store which I did so at that point.  He looked like he was on drugs with red eyes and very slow slurring speech.

 At no point during the exchange was a foul word uttered by me, which must have enraged the salesmen.  As I was getting in my car, he ran outside and tried another attempt at getting me to fight him (I would gladly but I am a licensed professional and am not getting in trouble for this nonsense).  He looked as if he was trying to damage my car as I drove off but he missed.

 And this is MetroPCS?  Do you even realize how insane and atrocious this response is given my original transgression?  Everyone will hear about this, website, news, etc, just unbelievable.

 The male was a hispanic youth in his 20s wear a polo shirt with a short hair cut about medium height and build.  The manager was a taller man in his 50s of middle eastern or Hispanic descent.

Preferably I would like to see this menace to society fired but I understand this could not be possible since this could be a Franchise.  Just realize what damage this is doing to your brand.  If I was black, I am sure a mouthload of racial slurs would have come out of his mouth resulting in a nice lawsuit for you.

So let me get this right, you walked into a cell phone store and tried to sell someone your cellphone? Then the employee told you that you need to leave and you refused and you told him that you would just sell it to the guy outside. Again you are asked to leave but refuse and ask for their information. Finally you are asked to leave again for the third time and do. If we are to believe your story you were in the wrong and the employee overacted. I don't believe much of what you wrote and I think you were in all likelihood aggressive and confrontation as well. Especially when you write stuff like "I would gladly but I am a licensed professional and am not getting in trouble for this nonsense" " If I was black, I am sure a mouthload of racial slurs would have come out of his mouth resulting in a nice lawsuit for you."

Please bear in mind that this person is as connected to MetroPCS as a gas station attendant is connected to the oil company - franchised. Please address your complaint toward the appropriate channel!
