Metrpolitan Life Insurance Co. Met Life Never pays life ins claims. 33 years w/ ALCOA and paid Met life. My son passed away Jan 25 2011 Can't get beneficiary payment Scranton PA 18505, Pennsylvania

My son worked at ALCOA for 33 years and paid into the Met Life Insurance company. He passed away Jan 25 2011 from brain Cancer. Met life has used every excuse in the book to disallow paying the beneficiary. I have written 5 letters, mailed 2 death certificates, He was not married, no child ren, Just a mother and Father. His mother attempted a felony by saying  David H Bott wanted to change the beneficiary to pay her only  and exclude me. David H bott signed titles to 3 motor cycles, and 7 cars. My son would not be happy  about having me, his father excluded on his life insurance.
I had hired an attorney and we was so incompetent, I had to fire him. Met life says, there are conflicting letters  from his Mother and from me  his Father. Far from the truth. Met life is one of 9 insurance companies that have been denying payment to beneficiaries and has been subpoened by the State of New York  Attorney Generals office.  for denying payments Using many many excuses. I am sure  they  Met Life has made  a profit on the investment of the amount of money due me since Jan.25 ,2011 I declare this a huge RIP-OFF. Insured  David H Bott  Group # 0118034  claim # 21102002665  David's mother will benefit from the sale of his home. I have received NOTHING from my son's estate. Not even my fathers U.S Army  American flag which I gave to David H Bott  for safekeeping, never believing my son would pass away prior to my demise.
