Mezey And Associates - Campos Law Firm This law firm stole $21.9K from me and my family. They refuse to refund our money. Los Angeles California

In July 2006, I entrusted NDS to handle my credit card affairs. Shortly afterwards, I was told that they sold the business to Mezey and Associates National Debt Law Firm. Immediately following that change, I received another letter stating that Campos Law Firm was handling the processing for all of Mezey's clients. I paid them $20,900 between July 2006 and April 2008. They settled none of my accounts and have provided me with nothing but lies and false promises. I've filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC. Mezey refuses to return either of the agencies phone calls. In addition, I've sent certified mail to all of their listed addresses. All three of my attempts have been sent back with "return to sender" and are unsigned. I've been trying since April 2008 to get my money back. All I get is "the check is in the mail" and that I'll have to contact Mezey directly. As you can read above, attempting to contact Mezey always results in we only process for them and they'll have to refund your money. Ironically enough, they don't have a name, number,or address of whom to contact.

This is outright theft. I took a chance on them and got burned. However, my mistake doesn't make it legal for them to steal my money. The amount that I paid them would have settled all of my accounts and me and my family would now be debt free. Instead, we're starting over.
