I took my vehicle to this repair shop and they kept my vehicle for 3 weeks and did not repair my vehicle at all! and then charged me $528.30! Stephanie lied to me several times first giving a price quote of $238.00 then $500.00 then $900.00. She never fixed my vehicle at all and I was paying $200 a week for a rental waiting for them to fix my vehicle. Then I called to check on my vehicle and the owner who is a very unprofessional and lowsy JERK! Mike Fatigate! answered the phone and told me he was fixing my vehicle and to call him back in 3 hours! I called him back and he never answered the phone.

I called back and spoke to master scammer Dewayne! What a big lier! He told me that Stephanie tried to rip me off and he was only charging me $200. AFTER THE FACT THEY KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR 3 WEEKS AND NEVER FIXED IT! I returned my rental car and paid for a ride to the repair shop and was told my vehicle was fixed and it did not make IT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT! IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!!! I spoke with the owner MIKE SCAMMER FATIGATE and he told me that he secretly did other repairs to my vehicle that he did not tell me about and that he was charging me for it and was not giving me my money back! I never authorized the charges and called my credit card company and filed a report. Also I called Consumer Justice 518-474-8943 and filed a complaint with them. These people are nasty rippoffs! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM! I will be filing a small claims against them as well. Fair warning they ARE A RIPPOFF!

I am happy to report that the Department of Motor Vehicles was flawless in handling my situation. I recieved a full refund from that Demon Mike. I encourage everyone to fight for respect and fair treatment! It really pays to stand up for what is right and MANY thanks to the dept of motor vehicles.

Congratulations Mike! You posted a comment and pretended to be a customer and signed in under your OWN NAME! Now the world sees you for what you are! In this bad economy to know that someone still has the disgusting heart to rip people off is just disgusting! It has been proven that your company is a ripoff and I am happy to know that this ripoff report has been submitted to the Dept of Motor Vehicles Consumer Justice and now they see the lier that you are! Soon justice will be served!

FELLOW WORKER NOT A LEGIT CUSTOMER!

Of course you are a fellow worker if not Mike himself who posted about such a great experience! Yeh right! Making trouble? How about Mike hanging up on me when I tried and tried to resolve this issue. You want to talk about lies? How about never providing a customer with a receipt and then lieing to the Dept of Motor Vehicles and falsifing a receipt that never existed? How about lieing about repairs to a vehicle that he never did? Lieing about an unmaintained vehicle? Why did a mechanic from MF go to my job and having a meeting with my manager and tell scores of lies? What mechanic shop goes to a persons place of business and make up lies about a worker? Now that's what I call slander!

To prove to the world I am telling the truth I have uploaded pictures of my vehicle showing that it is well maintained. Also I have up loaded pictures of the differential that Mike at first said that he did not fix it because there was nothing wrong with it but now that the Dept of Motor Vehicles will be investigating it made up a receipt and claimed that he fixed it. Well take a look at the pictures! I have proof he did not fix it and NOTICE THE GRIND UP METAL PIECES INSIDE THE DIFFERENTIAL! How could you claim that you fixed it! When I have the legitimate repair bill and testimony of the actual mechanic who fixed it! Take a look at the pictures and pictures don't lie!

Mike Fatigate, don't you know how this site works? You signed on under your own name and stated that you were a customer.

So, already by that one lie I can rest assured that you and your company are dishonest and I would never bring my car in to have it fixed by you if I lived in your area.

I myself am a customer at M&F and have had no issues or problems ever with them. I trust no other mechanic with my car and I have been ripped off by a few in my lifetime. I have gone to M&F and they told me what was wrong with my car and fix it and just that. The girls are kind and Mike is wonderful to me. They get a bad rap due to previous owners who did rip people off but that is not Mike and Frank.The person who wrote all those slanderous things is not correct and changes their story several times. I know from my own experiences I have and would trust no others then M&F.I refer them to my family and friends. It is silly if you have such troubles to put all your business on line but I am defending M&F due to they are not crooks nor are they what that person stated.It is sad that one person could make so much trouble instead of being honest about the situation in its entirety, especially when you write differences in your first complaint then something entirely different in the next. I know from my experience with M&F I never would go to another mechanic and have never had trouble with them and nor has my family or friends, or anyone I refer them too.

LIER, LIER, LIER

Mike the owner of MF Auto in Hyde Park NY is the biggest lier I have ever met! My vehicle is very well maintained! I have every receipt for all  the work that has been done on my vehicle and have NEVER went from mechanic to mechanic asking for FREE work. WE ALL KNOW THAT IS BOGUS! You have scammed many people for many years and in fact when I was in line at the repair shop that ACTUALLY fixed my vehicle I told people about you and 3 other customers in that line stated that is why they are bringing their vehicles to the mechanic that fixed MY CAR! They stated YOU RIPPED THEM OFF! Also you never even gave a receipt for the supposed work that you did and then once The Department of motor vehicles Consumer Safety called you in response to my complaint you then MADE UP A RECEIPT AND CLAIMED THAT YOU DID REPAIRS TO MY VEHICLE THAT YOU DID NOT DO AND I HAVE PROOF YOU DID NOT DO IT! BECAUSE ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP ACTUALLY DID THE WORK AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT TO PROVE IT AND yet you lied and said you did more work to my car and made up a bogus receipt for work you DID NOT DO!

It is very common knowledge in the community that MF Auto of Hyde Park NY has financial problems and will be going out of business and that they do not have real mechanics there! That is why they are sticking it to any and all customers that they can. I am asking all customers that have been taken by MF Auto to file claims with the Department of Motor Vehicles Consumer Justice 518-474-8943! My vehicle was never test driven and my vehicle did not make it out of the parking lot when I came to pick it up. The workers ran out the building and jump in their vehicles and closed the shop at 2:30 pm on the day I picked up my vehicle. That is because they knew that my vehicle would not make it out of the parking lot and they did not want to be there when it happened.

I DID CALL MF the same night that it happened I called their bogus emergency number and no one would answer or call me back! How is that for good customer service? The next day the mechanic stated I must of damaged the car! I told him "It did not make it out of the parking lot how could I have damaged it!" He said oh well I will take another look at the car! He never did! Mike I hope that your license are revoked for your company! You tried to stiff a hard working and honest customer out of $538.00 and DID NOT FIX MY VEHICLE! When I called you and practically begged you to handle this situation professionally and amiable you yelled and hung up on me! You call that customer service? In fact you said "Go ahead and sue me because I know the local judge!" This situation only went this far because you refused to even try to handle the situation. Even one of your own employees stated that I was done wrong and that I should be given a refund and he begged me not to file a lawsuit! You still DID NOT EVEN LISTEN TO YOUR OWN EMPLOYEE! I have NEVER asked for free service to my vehicle! I DON'T MIND PAYING FOR IT WHEN IT IS ACTUALLY PERFORMED AND NOT SCAMMED!

First, we at M&F have loyal customers and they have been coming back for well over a year since we have opened. We are very loyal to our customers and honest, we do not rip-off our customers and do not tell them things that are not wrong with their cars. This customer bought his car in and yes we did have it for three weeks, but that was due to his request. He had told us he gets paid every two weeks and to hold onto his car until he could pay us the deposit for his parts. We held onto his car with no storage-fees and did this as a favor to him. He was initially price-quoted $900.00 and we helped him by saving money and reduced his initial bill to $500.00. We also gave him a discount due to where he was employed. He has bad-mouthed us instead of talking to us about all the issues he had. When he drove the car off the lot,if he had issues,  he should of bought it back to us. When we test-drove it, it ran well. I would never state or tell any of my customers that I 'secretly' did anything to their vehicles, when we quote a price , that is the work you get. We do not do any work WITHOUT our customer's approval. This customer received all work done and it was quoted on his bill exactly what he approved, which is exactly what we fixed. No secrets or extra work or anything was done to his car. The bottom line was this customer  wanted to have his car done for free, which we would not agree too and that is why he wrote this. We cannot do cars for free,unfortunately. The real scammer is this customer who goes from shop to shop trying to get free work done to his severly abused and unmaintained vehicle. We are a very reputable company and do not advertise due to most of our business is word of mouth, which shows our reputation.  We did all the work our customers authorize and nothing more. We will work on any issues with our customers and will talk about it in full and want nothing but honesty and loyalty to our customers.
