Leonardo Marazia from BEAUTY DAY SRL stole our deposit of 27 000€.
We gave a deposit of 27 000€ in Mid September 2017 (17th) for an order to be delivered in mid October. 

Once the delivery date arrived, He told us the products were late, so we kindly waited. I even personnaly went to meet leonardo in Milan in order to sort this out, I got fooled thinking he was actually an honest person...
However, in begining of November, they explain to us that their supplier (l'oreal) changed the price and they could not supply to us at the previously agreed price and quantity.

We did not get angry or asked for a compensation, we only asked for a nice and simple reimbursement. BUT they dont want to give it to us telling us that the supplier his holding the money (how is that possible? Either they paid a deposit at a new price that we did not agry on so used ou rmoney for their own business. OR they are simply lying.)    Either way they propose to sell to us at their new buying price to compensate, so we would have to buy more expensive but we figure that if it makes us all gain some time in recovering our money even though their will not be much interest in this deal for us anymore we accept the offer. but Obvisouly we mention that we would not send more money until we receive the products. This last conversation was on the 19/11/17. 

Since then, Leonardo and his father Antonio Marazia, have disapeared, they don't answer emails, calls, text not whatsapp messages. They were probably hopping to steal some more money from us with their new offer, to me these people are not bad business they are just a complete scam!    We are starting a lawsuit against them as of today.

we would like to point out that the goods have been withdrawn by the MCG customer (in the quality of GARY NATAF administrator) on 12 JANUARY 2018 it all started on September 4, 2017, where the broker Domenico Alesi (person we worked with our company on two previous occasions,  - the first is for one of our purchases from one of his suppliers and  - the second for our sale to one of his customer)   Mr. Domenico Alesi informs us that one of his customers is looking for a product (steampod) and since he knows that we can supply him, he asks us for a quotation for a total of ___. the goods would have to be collected in several tranches, this because the distributor could not provide them in a single solution as this product is really difficult to find on the market.

the customer accepts the payment conditions outlined in this way: 10% advance by bank transfer. our company has signed a Cornmission agent agreement with mr. domenico alesi for a sale price of € 135 and with a commission of € 1.00 that we should have paid to him. the main conditions of this agreement were as follows: -  Supplier agrees in having a Steampod Commission Agent for the sale of ****** (EAN: 3 ************* 4) to SARL GHMC and any other clients introduced by the Agent;  -  Agent desires to accept cornrnission from Supplier. For the Comission Agent services, the Supplier shall pay the Agent Agent € 1.00 for each unit of Steampod sold. Final price: 135.00 Euro / unit.on 11 September 2017 two pro forma invoices were issued, each with 1,000 pieces of product ordered.with the condition to send 10% of each proforma for a total of € 27,000.proposing deliveries (approximate) on October 20, 2017 for the first order.asking to issue a fast payment, as the distributor of the brand needed to be paid by us as the company from which we purchased was closing orders and if we had not sent payment in the next 48 hours the order had the risk of a delay on the delivery or worse the price would have had a change since the distributor on the date of September 15 entered into communication with the change of prices (but with October communication)

On September 14th, 2017 we receive receipt of the payment by an online bank, sent by the mail of the Domesi broker, BUT the payment arrived at our bank on September 18th 2017. at this point we have communicated the payment to our supplier (distributor of the product) but over the time possible and imposed. The supplier could not give us an answer, on the timing and on the price change, if he had not received the payment before. up to the date of 17 October we had a very busy mailing on the timing and possible problems of shipping, as the customer wanted to withdraw the product in Milan even if it was established in the agreement and in the proforma invoice that the goods had been released in EX-WORKS at our warehouse in southern Italy.

Beyond this we told Mr. Domenico Alesi that the goods could have had substantial delays in addition to the possibility of price variation, we would have known this information at the time that the goods would be available again in the Italian warehouse of the distributor. on October 17, 2017 the broker Mr. Domenico Alesi asks me to respond to a message whatsapp of Mr. Gary Haddad, who (Im told by Domenico Alesi) to be the owner of the MGC company SARL, which was buying the goods from us. This person sent me a first message on 11 October 2017, but I did not reply to the message because our company had a confidentiality agreement with Mr. Domenico Alesi.

On 17 October 2017 we informed Domenico Alesi that the goods would not be delivered on 20 October as there were delays in delivery from the distributor. on 3 November, Mr Haddad Gary wrote this message to me via e-mail (email provided by Domenico ALesi): Leonardo.  It is now 1 over 1 and a half month since we made the payment to you. Still ne steampod and not the slightest answer or update from you. Please get back to us asap! We look forward to hearing from you! I am go to Milan next week.

I will come to your office there! Garyin the mails Mr. Gary Haddad signed himself:Gary HaddadFounderSARL GHMC and on 3 november I reply hi Gary,I landed at Malpensa Airport this morning.Do not forget that reading this mail just landed was not a good surprise, I want to be able to step back in time to rebuild the position between Beauty Day / Domeniso Alesi / and your company;our company after having seen interest in buying Steampod by a customer of Domenico Alesi (you), has operated with ***** to have the opportunity to purchase for you the product in question.As soon as we had the availability to place an order, I contacted Domenico Alesi giving you an answer on how to sell it to you.

We buy and resell products for most brands we are dealers, so we still have to comply with the times and the rules of brand distributors.So if ***** gives me four working weeks (31 calendar days are not, but you have to count the daysfrom Monday to Friday) from the final order now, I count 4 working weeks to receive the goods. So if the oreal informs me that the goods will be delayed, I will inform the customer.Well, in this case we are in this situation we are currently 4 days out of the 4 working weeks agreed since the payment was registered in our bank after 18 September 2017.To date, Domenico Alesi has always been informed that the product is out of stock and has been informed of the price increases that the oreal has applied globally to the prices of its products.So if yesterday I did nt answer the phone, don t think it's the case to launch an alarm like this.

Now I'll go back to the office, where I'll have to talk to people who follow this position directly with ********.I think you are not a person who is unobtrusive and you know well that this problem as well as being out of stock and unavailable in quantity, you will know that the sale price has increased.I have always been available to date and will continue to be, I have no problem to hide, Im a transparent person and Im lucky enough to be able to meet and work with large international groups.If you have the chance to be in Milan, I have no problem to arrange meeting with you, as I have always said directly to Domenico and as I said to you in our conversation some time ago.So in reply to your mail, we don''t steal money to anyone and we are not a person or ghost society at all.

We are a company that we have been operating in this market for many years and we are fortunate to do it well, but the problem is that when you work directly with companies.Currently, back to say we are 4 days late after the 4 working weeks agreed, we are doing our best to try to get the product in the short time, but it does not depend on us or even from *******, but l*******.so I ask you to have a different eye on me and our society before we can think about how much you think, that I assure you is not a good thing. But I understand your position, but so far I have been super present to Domenico's requests, but I was not available for just one day. We dont have proble to meet you in Milan,my office are in *************, 1st floorim outside milano only in monday next week.we arrange update for stemapod this afternoon.

On November 10th I met Mr Gary Haddad at the Bvlgari Hotel in Milan, where he was a guest with his girlfriend and a couple of friends and the meeting was very quiet and ended with a hug.   on 20 November the distributor informed us that the order would have had a problem, the price would have increased and the quantities would have decreased since there would have been a production error.we informed the broker Mr. domenico alesi who answered: the customer is interested in collecting the product and therefore has no problem paying a higher price. as the product is not available on the market and also because the price has changed.We sent the official list of the brand to show that the price had changed and that it did not depend on us, this to be more than transparent.

from this day the broker Mr. Domenico Alesi has not been able to manage the agreement between our company and him and the relationship between him and SARL MGC with Gary Nataf.moreover, besides the price change from the official price list, they informed the broker Mr. Domenico Alesi that the quantities we could supply immediately were 143 pieces.only after communicating to Mr. Domenico Alesi on November 20, 2017 that the price and the pieces would be changed and the product sold at the same price that we bought from the official distributor of the brand, and Domenico Alesi himself informed us that the customer would buy the same 143 pieces available at the new price, on November 24, 2017 Mr. GARY NATAF informed me that he had posted this malign place of Ripofreport.

I sent an email to the broker Domenico Alesi and then called him to understand what was happening, the same I was reminded not to know anything about it and not to hear GARY NATAF for a long time.therefore I had to communicate directly via e-mail with mr. GARY NATAF writing on 24 november: Dear Gary, I read now your post in Ripoffreport, thank you for this.   Leonardo Marazia don't stole money to MGC or to Gary Haddad, Leonardo Marazia work for the family company Beauty Day Srl, Im not a shareholder inside the company but Im only employer. So you are in the position to know that you have just defamed a person of a crime that he did not commit.  

what you have written is not real, this is because it is not true that I do not reply to your mails or your mileage messages of whatsapp. As I told you in our Milan meeting, I do not work directly with you, you are my final customer but I have an agreement with Domenico Alesi for whom he is our mediator and I always have to report to him, I should not even talk with you as you are the customer of Domenico Alesi.You've already sent me an email once, where you've hurt me so heavily and where you've even thought you'd come to my office. I replied that since I have nothing to hide or fear I was ready for a meeting.

I even reached you at 9:30pm in the evening at the hotel bvlgari where you stayed with your girlfriend, we talked and we met.We were able to find the quantities of the goods and that you would have expected.At the same time as the price increased, we always tried to bargain with the **** to buy at the previous price of the old price list but only recently we had a negative response. Throughout this time, I and Domenico have also felt many times during the week, week and week. 

our family and at least we are scammers, so before writing to the whole world and on a site where scams are reported, I would have spoken to you about your lawyer if I was in you.we speak of defamation internation, forwarding compromised the figure of a person in the international market as well as of the company for which he works.   I do not understand this mail also because you sent a mail day 22 november and we were working on the realization and also the 23 november was sent the reply mail. back to say, I have a job and I do not work exclusively with you or for you. In this case my client is Domenico Alesi.  

final therefore my personal situation will continue with your company and your person, where Domenico Alesi will be called into question about your international defamation and the difficulties of my international work in the future   about the steampod deal I sent again to Domenico Alesi and to you our reply mail, yesterday, November 23rd. "maybe you don't read that is impossible to delete this report from the web".after this email I asked that this incorrect post on ripofreport was deleted in false quan. after this date until December 11th there was a pull and spring on who wanted to be right and some less.

on 11 December 2017, I received the message from an anonymous number on my whatsapp where they wrote me: Hello, I need to speak with you now please. without a signature and so I did not know who it was and I did not answer, only after a few days seeing the number had a number with international prefix from the france I asked: is this number Mr. HADDAD? when he told me yes, I replied that I had sent a message the previous Friday without an answer where I proposed 3 solutions to complete the operation:    SARL MGC buy product at € 155 but need that send € 6,000 for pay per pcs in stock for take the second part of the stock for 176pcs. 176pcs and when you receive € 6000 is possible to pickup the first    we send good to Milan, you or other person for you check the goods and when is it all ok your company make the money transfer by swift payment and when we receive our account we release the goods.    

if you dont want all pcs and want to buy only € 27000 is possible but only at € 184 for 146pcs. all this written at 8:30 am on December 18th 2017.in the afternoon at 2.39 pm I receive an answer: I need to speak with mr HADDAD. at that point I asked: but was not Mr. HADDAD's number? at that point he replied, no, I am MR. GARY NATAF the owner of SARL MGC (but I knew that GARY NATAF was the founder of SARL MGC).   on December 20, 2017 he replied to me saying: so I can send it to you for the price of € 165 and I how to pick up the goods in Milan, after receiving the goods in France I take the rest of the amount you have in stock at € 155. On the same day I wrote.

OK Nataf I send you invoice tomorrow morning for 163 pcs at 165 €. BUT need correction on ripofreport before pickup the goods. if you decided to buy the other qty you have the opportunities at 155 €. Mr. NATAF answers me: ok I understand. I answered: with our warehouse address with pickup times. he answered me: that is the address for pickup the goods? I answered: yes, need courier with elevator on truck. he answered: ok perfect, I let you know when I find a truck.  

on December 21st he wrote to me: I'm a guy, I'm a guy, I'm a guy, I'm a guy. If you do not want to take lawyer with mr. haddad because you keep my money since 4 month, I do not know DOMENICO ALESI. (it's not true)   I answered: which was impossible for us as we were already selling at cost price and we could not even pay for transport because the conditions were ex-works. he answered: I dont accept. I take you last option for pickup goods Milan. to make it short after various insults (documented) by Mr. NATAF we remained that we sent to MILAN at our logistics and they collected in MILAN.   on December 28th we informed GARY NATAF: Dear Mr Nataf Our courier informs that goods pickup tomorrow till Monday 2 January 2018. Is 2 euro pallets Measure: 80 * 120 * 160 Weight: 330kgs total   on December 29th, rewrite to GARY NATAF: Dear Mr Nataf, I do not have any reply from you courier call us now and inform the pickup date is 2 January 2018 in our warehouse, I think that the goods arriving in Milan 3 or 4 january 2018.

I'm waiting for RIPOFFREPORT situation. Thank You   on 2 January 2018 we write: Dear Mr Nataf I do not have your reply from December 22, 2017. Our courier pickup goods in 2 pallets This afternoon and arriving in 3 days in Milan, I attach the photo to the 2 pallets. I know that it is Christmas time but I need to reply from you about ripofreport, remember that the goods stay in warehouses in Milan but I need to delete the report on ripofreport post from MGC.   on 10 January MR NATAF sends this message: Hello, RIPOFREPORT when my "driver" check the goods and tell me "all is ok". My transport can pick up the goods Friday.

Tomorrow will send you all details. If this this will be ok we can start new cooperation.   on 12 January I replied after so many emails with the most important: Dear Mr. Nataf, your courier pickup the goods now. below i send you the documents of the transport.
