MGM Motorized Bicycles Sold us a bike for $509.00 didn't last 30 days wouldn't honor warranty cincinnati Ohio

We purchased a motorized bike for $509.00, he told us that Huffy had a lifetime warranty on the frame and he would offer a 30 day warranty on everything else. Before the 30 days was up the frame back by the back tire on both sides cracked in half, We took it back to him and he said he woud have it fixed in a week, but after he found out Huffy wouldn't grarantee the frame he said he would send a cashier check in the mail that we could buy a bike at a flea market for that. Of course we didn't recieve anything. So now were out $509.00 we can take him to small claims court but that takes money also. We had bought this so my son could get to and from work, he hadn't even put 15 miles on it when it cracked. Also the gas tank started leaking almost imediately, my son tried to fix that, but the man at MGM said he woud put a new on on also. His selling point on this certain bike was the strong durable frame Huffy makes. I'm just at a loss!!!
