My name is Cody Davis, and I am more than willing to be contacted via phone or email about this rebuttal or even would be willing to show my wonderful album that was taken of me and my now fiance.  I just wanted to say that Mia Photo Designs is anything but a ripoff and they definitely did not collect money up front (and even if they did it wouldn't have mattered with the wonderful photography i received from moe).  This report left was false and a fake report. I can guarantee it.  I actually offered to pay up front so he knew I wouldn't be wasting his time and his exact response was, "You don't have to do that, my client relationships is built on trust".  I paid him the $150 I owed after he took my photos and I actually gave him a $20 tip also.  He photographed my surprise proposal and took pre and post engagement photos.  I had the best experience working with this man and he is the furthest thing from a ripoff.  Below is my review of his services.  

Using MIA Photo Design was by far the BEST experience I had with photography.  His pricing was a more than fair price and he had no rush to get finished like most photographers.  Instead, he used the entire hour we had to snap hundreds of beautiful photos.  He devoted his time entirely to us.  He truly has an eye for beauty.  We got to know Moe on a more personal level, and we had the best experience possible.  We hired Moe as a photographer to take photos of us during our anniversary vacation, which turned out to be a surprise engagement for my now fiancé.  Moe was in on the entire surprise and actually helped plan the surprise.  Moe drove out to meet us in a location of my choosing, I chose Bonnet House in For Lauderdale and highly recommend going there for beautiful photos.  Moe took pre-proposal photos, during proposal photos, and post-proposal photos.  It took him a week to edit all the wonderful photos and post every one of them on his website for easy download.  We are now in the process of selecting our favorite 20 for him to edit even further. 

The experience was wonderful and the hundreds of photos he took in an hour turned out to be magnificent.  I was so pleased with my experience that I left Moe an extra $20 tip because I felt as if the price he charged for his wonderful service was actually too low.  I very rarely do things like that, but I couldn't help myself.
