Michael A. Kristof/maks mobil autorepair decietful lying, dishonest san antonio Texas

just be aware of who you choose to work on your car, here are my mistakes,

1. i did not do a background check, or ask him for id, or see if he was ase certified i found him on craigslist

2. i did not verify his business establishment or location, i relied  on honesty, my mistake

3. i did not sign a consent form, at the time of pick up it was done verbally did not hold up in texas court

4. making a written agreement is the same as a contract he signed and verbal agreement

    is the same as a contract, by texas law, which this person broke the agreement, at this point

    i did  involved the police, there stand on things was it a civil matter and that prolong things and

    dead ends, when a person refuses to tell you where there taking your car, don't let them.

5. when a person refuses to answer the phone, and give you documents and receipts

    or keep you updated get the police involved

6. when a person goes beyond what you agreed on this person has other plans. i did not see this coming

7. make sure you have wittness's there to cover what you agree on

8. keep your orignal receipts i did, send only copies to court, because as this defendant did he made

    them his own without our knowledge, it was a good scam and con from the start

9. not all people are honest, protect your self, i left my self wide open thinking the system would

    be on our side by telling the truth showing proper documents and receipts, that failed also if you

    make a court date, make sure it does not get changed by the other party, if it does they will not

    notify you, as they should, they show up and you don't, that looks bad, even thou you had a court

    date already set and you notified the other party certified mail, so picture this defendant showed up

    twice, in two days and you show up to your schedule court date and the judge says he already heard this

    case the plaintiff jaw dropped, so if you file in civil court you must do follow up, do not rely on the court

    system contact you for any changes, my opion the judge should have throw the case out, and refile for

    another judge to hear the case, or reset, and remove him self but walden sheldon did not, i hope who ever

    reads this will learn from my mistake, and check your credit report offten and make sure the case is closed

    court system let open records put thing on your credit report without your knowledge and without during a 

    full investigation, before putting things on credit reports that were already settled wrongfully but setteled

    losing party replaced the car with another toyota mr2, i have put this eperience behide us, but justice has

    not been served, customer need to be protected, againist scammer, cons, lesson learn,

follow up,   we have searched san antonio, for this uncertified mobil mechanic,  no where to be found,  as of yet  proccessors are search for mr kristof to serve him papers,  he is running, as he should,  we are working  on new laws to protect consumers and hold all mobil mechanic  accountable,  and we are working on removing two judges from the bench, ex senator jeff wentworth and waden shelton up for re election for district 9, we won't be voting for him,  civil court will be better off  with them,  my family suffered because they did not do there job right, we have been search for a replacement ever since this happen.  we do beleive in karma for all those involve ,

i am not an attorney, i just told the truth, but no one listened, it was not there money and it was not there car, the one thing that will stick in my mind is mr. kristof tells the judge i did not deserve the car it was way to fast, he can't  put a handicap child in that car to take here to her appointment,  and that had nothing to do with the case,  other quotes what am supposed to do with this crap after he get the title of the car, he wanted it just to build him self a race car,  he had to steal a customer car to do it, and texas laws have to change so this does not happen to someone else,  what ever rock he is under he needs to stay there ,

the  only way i will forget this has happened is when we get the help in replacing the 1991 toyota mr2 turbo vehicle  that was rightfully mine consumers be aware of mobil mechanics chk your state laws, ask questions make them show there certification, id , and don't let them remove your vehicle or separate you from it,  be aware of stall statics, not answering there phone,  make sure they have a real business not a storage unit,  make there is  a real address,  if  they say this is not my first rodeo,  he is a scammer, call police, report him,  i have live this nightmare,  and cost me,  my vehicle that we now have to replace  and remmber scammer do not have rules, or morals,  but they do know how to run and hide .

 i george darty was accused of hitting michael vehicle with my scooter, and the police was right there,

never happen but said in court today, the allegations where false,  the judge could have made mr kristof

except the payment  plan I repeated the request again mr kristof response

was i have been waiting for a year already, and did not take any responsibility in messing things up

and admitted he closed his account , never notified the client that was wiring funds into his account

for records keeping, showing us photos i never seen before, last week mr. kristof went to court

on september 12th had a judgement on me and i was not even there, the reason was he went to the court

house on september 4, and got a court date for sept 12th 2013 and i had a court date for sept 13th

mr kristof send notification on the 12th and i recieved it on the 13th, so he new when the court date

was , and thou us under the bus, our nieghbor up stairs was feeding him our information back stabing

and was not helping our case, because there buddies, and i should have kept my mouth shut, that

why michael was one step ahead, i planted seeds and i was right, my information was given to him

when you have a oral agreement it supposed to hold up in court, as while as written,  niether held up

in civil court, the truth does not matter facts don't matter, you must have an attorney that knows the

language and show the judge facts and i was push into a corner because not only did the defendant

lie, and break an agreement we had, he had no compassion, he wanted his money and he told

another party he will even except payments well that turn out to be a lie as well, he making comment to

the judge he shouldn't  be driving a car that powerful with a handicap kid in it, it way to fast for him

i tried to stay at point, stating facts, mr.kristof is all over the place, i provided all the parts,i paid for the

turbo repair,$1,300,00 in parts alone, and $950.00 to mr.kristof what happens he hide our car, kept us

in the dark, lied to us, and the judge does this total thing $3,700.00 and not one invoice or reciept

from mr kristof, i was willing to make payments but this amount is more than the car is worth, we were setup

to lose our car and he made a point of it, in the text messages, raising the cost without proof, a storage unit

is not a shop, first American storage was there shop, deceiving us  to get the car, and saying anything to get it

and making false claims, I did not deceive him at all, I have a kymco scooter 250cc that was agree to go to him

for $2,500 And the rest in payments and he gave me a discount, I  gave him cash for removing the turbo

i took the turbo to Houston Texas for repairs, personally and it was shipped back to me , since was the one to

remove it he should be the one putting it back on, well mr Kristoff had other plans, one of them was not to give the

car back, stall tactics false promises, not telling us were the car was, I was force to purchase another car, management

was taking kick backs so kristoff could work on cars and hide cars in a storage units, borne police department and San

Antonio police, sent me back and forth, did nothing, it was no man land, Kristoff know it what a setup, I ended up signing my

car title over the judge and him already discuse everything the day before, mr Kristoff had his paper already for me to sign

he knew the out come before I did so verbal agreements or written agreements mean nothing and when you get caught in a

lie the judge should have discredited and did not, defendant said he did not receive any payment of any kind, I showed

payment was wired to his account, judge did not care,  to avoid judgement, and a threat of a lien, this uncertified

mechanic got a free car, and he the one who foul thing up, he enter a agreement  and than he

backout, and he already had the car, never return it, forcing the darty family to purchase another

vehicle just so he can do his job, and fight this in court, which turns out to be a joke, real money gets the

job done, and a poor man suffers, and subject to scammers, like kristof  I will never trust anybody

again, and i hope they have a good night, because they put the darty family thru hell, my advice

do not trust anybody on the internet, do background checks, make sure they ase certified they will

have a id number, and never let them take your car, make sure they have a phyical address.

and there business is establish for 4 year or more, because these were my mistakes and it

cost me and a disable person a car, and civil court did not give a d**n kristofor is in San Antonio

do not trust him maks mobil auto repair, do not trust him period, and me and my daughter walk out

without a car, anymore and we hope he leaves town and run his scam somewhere else, and the next

person he burns he may not get the same results, you must do follow ups, the court system is not you friend

january 4th 2016 I found out this was on my credit report, and case was still pending, not closed, I did not educate

myself in civil court matters, April 6th 2016 case closed Kristoff could not be found, he left town, to burn someone else

i am trying to get this removed of my credit report, he can't have the money and car too, I purchase another toyota mr2

since than, and started over again. 

today in court, i told my story and kept to the fact, and the agreement,  michael did not want to except 1 yrs of a payment plan,  since he was the one that change the out come, and up the cost all i asked was to see all reciepts, i get photos, the judge told me to write checks i agreed but michael did not, now i will file a counter claim for all the parts purchased out of my pocket i sign the title over he should not benifit for the purchase i made and i have those reciepts i am pissed, the best thing for him is to leave town, i will file as soon as i can the money i had tie up in this car is not fair,  do not do business with maks mobil automotiive repair, rip off family lose's car.
