I LOANED THIS MAN $20,000 ON TWO PROPERTIES. He has used every excuse in the book to not pay the loan back. HE IS A CON ARTIST!!! DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!! I have sought leagal counsel and plan to try to put him in JAIL! He claims that he is using the money to make an investment. He will be patient and act like your friend, with nothing but intentions on ripping you off. If anyone else has been ripped off please contact me and maybe we can work together to get him put in prison where he belongs!
