I contacted this individual through facebook on the advice of his mother who claimed he could/would create a custom piece of artwork for me.  Him and I discussed the details of what I wanted the the price of the artwork.

I mailed him a check for the full amount of 100.00, he cashed the check, kept the money, but never created the artwork. It has been almost three months now of me repeatedly asking him for the piece I ordered.  He insists he mailed it out but he has failed to provide a tracking number even though he said he has one. 

He has repeatedly lied to me about this job he was paid for.  He is now accusing me of harrassing him trying to get what I paid for.
