I read the report about Gramercy Venture Advisors, Gramercy Commodities and Michael Gale. I had a bad experience but it was with a mafioso guy from New Jersey called Fred Bruno who told lots of stories abotu how Michael Gale was going to invest in my company and another firm in Atlanta was too. It went on for months and Fred Bruno kept charging us thousands of dollars. Eventually I contacted Michael Gale and he was actually very helpful and I found out Fred Bruno had just been lying. Then I spoke to the company in Atlanta only to discover they only ever spoke to Fred on the phone and all the meetings he claimed to have had with them were fake. I dont know much about Gramercy or Michael Gale but if other prople who are complaining have had a similar experience it might all be the work of the con artist Fred Bruno.

Gramercy Millennium Group, Part II

AUTHOR: Dauntless - ()

POSTED: Thursday, December 25, 2014

The group from Atlanta is Millennium Equity. Once the introductions were made, Michael Gale took control of the relationship; made funding promises as evidenced by the letters sent to my company and dozens of others. Michael Gale and his partners at Millennium, then formed the Gramercy Millennium Group, issued press releases, talked a big game about a billion dollar private equity fund and their all their wonderful Middle Eastern investors. These stories were re-hashed over and over, for years. The result.....not one successful investment. Not one company listed on the former Gramercy Group web site received a dollar from Michael Gale. The most recent debacle is the Chapter 7 bankruptcy reported by Open Amplify; wholly owned by the Honorable Angad Paul and chairman of the Gramercy Millennium Group. If you (the author) who sounds like a six year, had bothered to perform due diligence, you would have discovered the same information me and my team did. I am in possession of hundreds of emails and documents, crafted, and circulated by Michael Gale, which will be the nail in his coffin. Ask Michael Gale and his wife about the hundreds of thousands of dollars they received from former partners so they could pay the rent, pay for business class and first class travel, five start hotel stays and fully furnished NY and SF apts. Ask Gale about the $50K I paid him personally for his s* service. I am one of dozens of companies who were lied to, cheated out of money, and scammed. The only thing I can say for Mr. Bruno is this; he stepped up, did the right thing, alerted those who had been scammed and walked away. Mr. Bruno did not control any of this and to describe him as a con man is slanderous, and I'm sure his attorney's will look into this matter.

Get Your Facts Correct

AUTHOR: Dauntless - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, December 24, 2014

To the Jackass who crafted this posting: Get Your Facts Straight. Michael Gale and his family stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees from clients, partners, investors and never delivered on one investment promise. Before the Gramercy Group web sites were pulled down, Gale stated he and his team were seasoned fund managers with over 30 years of experience, controlling 28 portfolio companies, totaling $50M in direct equity investments. Not only is this complete rubbish, but it can all be substantiated by contacting the CEO's of these companies, as our team did. Michael Gale lied, again, in order to solicit fresh money to fund his lifestyle. Gale took this behavior one step further when he issued funding promissory letters to companies expecting their investments. Gale used contractors like Bruno, and others, attempted to place blame on them because of his previous promises/lies. The reality is simple: PEGG, Angad Paul, Seven Hills (Dave Kattradaga) and Millennium were lined up as investors as stated in the series A terms sheet, which was then circulated to induce further interest from investors and partners. This was a feeble attempt to rob from Peter in order to pay Paul. This has gone on for years, without any evidence of successes, only a trail of collateral damage, bankrupt companies, divorces, and now long over-due criminal investigations that will result in Michael Gale being arrested, indicted and convicted.
