Michael Hans - Above The Top Tree Service - Mgm Lawn Service took $2100.00 deposit, 1 month later after numerous calls to michael, which he does not return calls, had 2 guys cut tree down, left everything here, did not haul away anything, what a mess Middletown New Jersey

michael hans advertised in community reporter, which i will also file complaint with them. wanted tree taken down, called him, came by next day, i also wanted brick pavers, estimate $3700.00 for both. tree was a maple 3 trunks in one. great price..so i agreed, gave him $2100.00 deposit. Job start date was suppose to be same week, did not call me, after speaking to him, he says
next week, and so on..he does not return calls...my mistake giving him deposit. He is not polite, terrible business man, not honest, does not do what he says, basically a big nightmare. After many calls for 1 month, he comes by with 2 guys (day laborers, which work for another company) had them cut down tree, which they did good job..but left everything here in front and in back of house..which Michael Hans suppose to have hauled away and grind down stump same day..that should of been a red flag for me when i did not see any equipment when he arrived. Branches and logs all over the place..1 week past, 2 weeks, 3, 4 and the idiot does not call back or come to complete his work. I had to cut up branches and logs myself and haul to recycle yard myself, made about 14 trips in my mini van. i hope no one has to go through this nightmare with this idiot not being a honest business man. His company use to be MGM lawn service and now called Above the top tree service...please do not use him...stay away..i want him out of business. I will file complaint with my township police also..he is just a horrific person, i would like to use foul language to describe him...if anyone is a victim please let me know, i will assist you on putting this guy out of business.
