Michael Hohl RV Center treats employees like slaves, sells overpriced, low quality units, only cars about the sale Caron City Nevada

Michael Hohls RV hired me to run their service and parts department.  After looking at the facility, I told them I could fix all that was wrong, including their self admitting BAD reputation.  I was the 5th Service and Parts manager in 2 years.  

The General Manager, Steve Conway only has sales on his mind.  The Service and Parts departents are working out of an old delapadated building that is ready to fall down.  The Lot manager is Steve Conway's son, Joe.  Joe is a joke.  A 21 year old snot nosed brat that has no real dutied, or resonsidbilities, but all the authority his dad allows.  

The service and parts employees are not given any holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas.  They are expected to work every other weekday, and some have to work on Saturdays as well.  So when their families are home on say Labor day or Memorial day, they have to work...without any holiday pay.  Oh ya... the administrative offices are closed.  So cheap that some employees go 5 years with a raise.

It seems they are only worried about making the sale.  But cram the sales customers down the service departments throat, with no reguard for what appointment customers are waiting for.  Steve will roll over for every sales customer, so squawk and scream, you'll get your way.  Until the next person does, then you'll be pushed aside.  Joe will make you all kinds of promises, and never follow through.  And then he'll lay blame on someone else.  

There main product, is Forest River.  They mark up their units $10,000.00 or more, and it's a piece of crap.  I've been in the RV business since 1988, and have rarely seen such a cheap product.  And Forest River will leave you hanging as well.

Do not go to work there.  Do not purchase from them.
