Michael Kelly, Yucatan Resorts Universal Lease Majesty Travel, Galaxy Properties Managment Avalon Res ripoff fraud, liers, conspircy to defraud investors-misleading-network of swindlers Piso Cancun, Q Roo Indiana

I invested 10 grand in a Yucatan Universal Lease. My contract states I will recieve 11% interest on my investment. The resorts were to rent my leased room and deposit it in my checking account, then they made me purchase a Global cash card at my expense.

They did not deposit the amount they were contracted to consistantly. Then they changed managment companies and the new company sent a letter saying they were having managment problems and the hurricans hit the resorts so we as investors were not to get as much as contracted. My contract states that the resorts are insured for hurricans and that they were responsible for all managment issues; as we pay a yearly fee for these services!

Then they stopped depositing mony and i am unable to make contact with any resort or person except to book a room!! These guys painted a rosy picture and sent letters of expansion building and upgrades of facilities. My agent here where i live is playing dumb to the situation; being part of the circle of rip-offs all the way up to Micheal Kelly
