Michael Kors Outlet The item they post to you look nothing like the pictures online and are fake China Internet

 I found the wbesite when searching online for Michael Kors bags to ship to Australia. Being that the bags were still around $80USD, I thought it must be legit and straight away ordered one online.

The email I got confirming seemed a bit suss as their english wasn't very good and when I got my tracking number saying it was getting shipped from Shanghai, I straight away knew it would be fake.

I received the bag and it was nothing like the pictures online. The pictures online looked amazing so even if it had looked like that and knowing it was a fake, I probably would have been fine. The bag received has that cheap lining, the Michael Kors metal logo on the outside has some sort of bar on the back of it and the material is not leather.

I emailed them straight away saying I wanted to return this for a refund as it was fake and their response was simply 'But how is the quality'. [continued below]....

..... I replied saying it was horrible and it looks nothing like the bag online. They then started going on about how the actual item will always look different to online etc. This email chain has gone on for over a week now and there's probably 40 emails in total back and forth. They are now at the stage they'll offer me $21 to keep the bag as compensation. I have refused this and will be posting it back at my own expense. They are trying to pay me off to keep the bag and I've told them unless they're willing to pay me half of the cost back to me, I will be returning it.

The problem I have is there's no address online to return the bag to and online under their 'returns policy' it states they accept returns to either swap the bag or completely refund within 2 weeks. I can just imagine they're dragging this whole thing out so it goes beyond 2 weeks and then they claim it's out of guarantee.

DO NOT USE this website. I should have properly researched the website and looked up reviews as I've now seen numerous bad reviews.
