Not only is this a false report, it was initiated by an individual that is a scam artist who has been exposed by not only myself but other individuals on this reporting forum.&^%Diana Lovell&^% -- Was running a scam out of her ex husbands forclosed house by moving tenants in illegally, collecting the fees and not paying the mortgage.

The house also had a crushed septic tank under the front yard which she knew about but did not fix or inform tenants about including the foreclosure status of the property. The damage to the septic tank was so severe that feces was coming out of the shower head and up from the shower drains periodically.

After repeated attempts to get her to fix it, discovering the extent of the problem, the fact that not only could she not afford to fix it (20k to digup the front yard and replace) AND the fact that she was keeping everyones rent money and not paying the mortgage I decided to notify her of my intent to move out and vacate the residency based on the above listed issues.

At this point she became infuriated at my exposure of her deceipt and decided to write this false report in 2014 after I had moved out of course. I did not steal anything from this individual, was completely transparent and aleviated myself of the situation as soon as I realized the extent of their crookedness. She's also used this forum against others as a slander and extortion platform as she's done to me here.

I never threatened to hurt anyone and always paid her on time until I got tired of human waste coming out of the shower and advised that she was in violation of the lease and I was vacating due to her lack of action.

Not only am I not bi-polar, have never been advised to seek psychiatric trreatment, I'm not a fool when it comes to people running scams on others. All anyone has to do is google her name and ripoff and see just how many people have complained about her scams, non of which were created by me I might add. She even logs in and pretends to be other people to rebut and respond to very serious and accurate accusations of her. Quite frankly I'm surpised someone hasn't sued her for slander, extortion and blackmaile by now.

He moved out and stole furniture, completely destroyed the house he lived in. He is a slob.
