Michael P. Keddington is a Fraud, Con Artist, Sexual Predator, Sociopath, working with an accomplice Eric Greer in defrauding women of their money, using coercion and false claims that he lost his wallet and passport, and stranded at an Airport with no money and needs an emergency loan that he will repay within a week. He sends Eric to collect the money, but the money is never repaid. He continues to makes excuses for not repaying, with false claims of being a victim of natural disasters, and false unexpected family emergencies. I located his mother ,Helene Keddington, a Real Estate Agent in Ventura County,CA, and she exposed him for the Fraud, Scam Artist that he is, and was very angry that he was still associating with the criminal Eric Greer. Michael P. Keddington is a Fraud, Con Artist, Sexual Predator, Sociopath, working with an accomplice, Eric Greer, in defrauding women of their money, using emotional coercion and false claims.
His scam involved the false claim that he lost his wallet and passport, and stranded at an Airport with no money and needed an emergency loan that he would repay within a week. He sends Eric Greer (Partner and crime) to collect the money, but the money has never been repaid.
He continues to make excuses for not repaying, with false claims of being a victim of natural disasters, and false unexpected family emergencies, and lastly unemployment. He has employed multiple excuses not to pay me back my money. He has defrauded me, and stolen $800 of my money.
I located his mother (Helene Keddington, a Real Estate Agent in Ventura County,CA), and she exposed him for the Fraud, Scam Artist that he is, and was very angry that he was still associating with his criminal friend, Eric Greer. She advised me to take him to court, but then refused to give me his address where he could be served.
She told me that everything he told me about himself and all the excuses and claims he made to manipulate me in order to get the money were completely false. She tried to intervened but only managed to convince him to pay me $50 back. She reported that he told her to stay out of his affairs, and that they were no longer speaking.
He claimed that he was a Sports Agent, that was his first lie, and thereafter the pathological lying was non-ceasing.
Don't let this con artist scam or defraud you too.

An Eric Green formerly of ventura county now santa clarita resident ripped me off and I am seeking others he injured to form a group of individuals who prosecute this man and put him where he belongs in jail. Eric is 39 years old, responds to ads for home repairs.
Claims ownership for Santa Clarita Home Repair and proceeds to do one job you like, then proposes solutions for dirt cheap collecting deposits, materials fees to perform such job at amazing prices, investment in Dubai gold with a 400% profit margin and then just flat out steels your money. I am a disabled woman on benefits whom Eric stole nearly $3,000 from.
The money was to see my dying mother in Idaho and Eric promised a return of $8800 in 10 days which never occurred. Along with french doors never installed along with an uncle supposed to be a judge offered to help with my situation after Eric told him about it then needed $400 to obtain documents relating to my situation and again never delivered.
He tried to sell me a car, materials for construction, and more. Each time I spoke to him he had a deal and called himself a hustler, but said he was honest. He has put me in foreclosure and I just want the WORLD to know to be very very careful of this man or his business. I hope I can post the phony photo of him in the hospital saying he broke his neck and back.
Eric knew I just lost six immediate family members and then news of mom dying. Still, he continued to pretend to be my friend, wanting to help me each time setting me up for an even greater financial loss. I can't imagine anyone so evil and so premeditated that you go after disabled women with 10% total use of both hands, then steal the time and means in which one has to see their Mom for the last time because she has very little time left.
What kind of a scum sucking maggot does that? I believed Eric and he easily gains your trust then just goes in for the kill and he doesn't even mind hurting the already broken. If anyone in Ventura County or Riverside or Los Angeles County, Canyon Country, Valencia, Newhall, Saugus Area has been ripped off by this man, considering joining our group to stop him. Can't seem to post photo on here don't know why
