Michael Palazzo has not held one of the LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE WORKSHOP that he has issued by press releases throughout the web.
He has been successful sued by FRANKLIN COVEY for unethical practices (Oct 08).
If you are hired with a contract. Expect him to change it on a whim. He will ad commissions so that you will "be paid " what you were stated. YOU Will NEVER GET PAID. You will call , email and beg. You will not get paid.
If you are on sales staff. He will sell you a GREAT DREAM of what you will make. He will state there is NO COLD CALLING. Yes, you will be given a vertical market and you will smile and dial all day without results. Your commission structure sound good. You will never get 15 -25 -or 50 "butts in seats.
If you are a facilitator... You will not get paid***You will Not be re-reimbursed for your expense. In your contract it will state you will be paid within 7 days after the conference... You will Not receive your fee* OR *you will call for weeks to be re-reimbursed. You will get bookings postponed and then can canceled.
He will blame it on a sales team. He has NO Print advertising . He relies on an all commission sales team that drop out like flies. Becasue he does not training this adequately.
He has pages and pages of press releases on Google. He HAS NEVER PRODUCED A ONE * LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE* IN DEC. JAN OR FEB 2009. He has The Leadership Challenge listed on his website. They will never happen.
ALL his workshops had to be CANCELED DUE TO A LACK OF SALES FORCE- They quit.[JAN,FEB,MARCH 09] He then called obsessively to receive "working materials. What were thee important doc's??? They were the OUTDATED sales and contact sheets for the CANCELED Leadership Challenge workshops!
Michael Palazzo of Michael Palazzo Productions- works out of his home...look at the website. Its a PO BOX address.
He has no working capital for this company. He HASN'T PAID his sales team. He Never reimbursed sales members for what they submitted and had been agreed to the Sales Team * He has yet, to pay his older Facilitators * His has not paid his COO for a salary and he moved her up to NC from Fla. He hasn't paid his webmaster for his website and then he changed the admin so the webmaster couldn't get in.
His has listed on his website a facilitator who does work for him any more
We[ his former staff] have filed against him at the Chamber, Better Business Bureau , Dept of Labor and the AG in North Carolina.

The following statement made on behalf of Michael Palazzo is in no way an admission of liability or guilt in any legal proceeding.
During the period of time from Jan 2008 through the end of 2012, various individuals posted defamatory and highly prejudicial statements under the name of “Anonymous". Complainants in these postings appeared to be vendors and individuals who worked as independent contractors for Mr. Palazzo.
Mr. Palazzo filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in the southern district of Florida in 2012 as a result of a financial failure with his business ventures in North Carolina. Any and all financial matters have been answered in that case.
Due to unforeseen economic challenges and in no small part as a result of the economic downturn in 2008, Mr. Palazzo experienced a personal tragedy and corporate failure.
Where possible, all legitimate complaints were addressed and resolved. This statement in it’s entirety will serve as the sole response to any and all complaints filed in these matters in the public domain using Ripoff Report or any other blog sites.

Michael Palazzo still committing Fraud

Michael Palazzo is now operating under the guise of the new company, coach-masters.com. All phone numbers and contact info is funneled directly to his voicemail. There are no ways to contact him directly. He recently welched on a conference here in Salt Lake City, and while in town, he came to my place of business to print his conference manuals. He then pulled a fast one on an employee when picking up the product. His total was over $100, and he only presented a $100 bill. When told it there was an amount due still, he took back the money, and convinced my employee he was late for these classes, and would call with a credit card, as his "was being re-issued as it expired".
While it is my employee's fault for letting it go, he is still a fraud. He has made several contacts "promising" to pay, only to be un-reachable and to avoid returning any calls. I have reported his fraud to the better business bureau in New Jersey, his newest place to commit fraud, as well as my corporations legal division.

Michael Palazzo - Ripoff Artist does it again!
I am the latest victim of this man. He hired me, I did the work and several months later still haven't been paid.
RIP OFF artist, a liar and a user. DON'T waste your time!
He will use you for whatever he can get, make up a really good story about his side of things and why he has no integrity and is basically a liar and a manipulator!
DON'T DO IT!!!!
And we're just the ones bothering to come out and say so. How many more of us are there out there that have been ripped off by this man?

Michael Palazzo formerly known as Michael Pallazzo Productions is now scamming folks using a newly formed company, Palazzo Media Group, LLC. based in Raleigh North Carolina. He is being sued in North Carolina under the old company name and now he is at it again.
