Michael Palazzo - Coach Masters International or Edhen Coaching A Theif, he ordered print work and never paid a penny. Talks big, but he is a little man with no scruples. Nesconset New York

We are a small print shop with a long time customer base.  Unfortunately with that background we tend to trust in our fellow human being.  Michael Palazzo of Coach Masters International, or (Edhen coaching- which I think he goes by now) came into to our shop telling us how his former printer ripped him off, didn't do a good job yada, yada, yada, and he would really like to work with someone that he can speak with face to face and build a relationship.  "He is going to be ordering atleast 500 booklets a month, so can we give him a good price" he asks.  Should have known he was a BS artist since he was so professionally dressed in his sweat shorts and ragged t-shirt.  But we try not to judge, maybe he drove by on the way back from the Gym?  So we made him 30 - 68 page booklets, spiral bound in full color on coated stock, 30 sets of 19 page B & W sheets, 30 pads with 50 sheets per pad, 42 Name Badges with badge holders and lanyards.  We shipped to 2 locations.  For a total invoice of $717.59.  This was done September  22, 2014, we have spoken with Michael several times, always a promise to pay, with one story after another.  He has no place to live, he has no car, he is waiting to be paid, etc. etc.  Meanwhile I checked with the 2 locations that we sent the supplies to, they both said they paid their bill.  When I asked him why he couldn't pay us then, there was still another story.  I just want everyone to know what kind of man he is,  how can he possibly be trusted to coach your staff when he just jumps from one vendor to another never paying anyone. In addition all printers beware, never do any business with Michael Palazzo without cash up front!
