michael s. ortega/ Mike A man by the name of Michael s. ortega also goes by Mike calmed to be a owner of a concrete company (Ortega masonary) he came into our home calmed he had 56 yards of concrete left over from a home that had cancelled on him and his crew, ortega offered to level and lay the left over concrete for tade labor work for mechanics motor swap and high drallic pump, took our money and never showed up to do the work.  please help us Phoenix Arizona

Hello my name is Mike Miner i am a family man and i'd like to think i can trust people in this world but i guess thats impossble and way too much to ask these days heres is my story

On 7/12/16a man by the name of Michael S. Ortega came into our home offering a sweet deal my family couldnt pass up he said he had 56 yards of concrete left over from a ob that had cancelled on him, Ortega claimed he had a truck that needed a motor swap and something else on another vehicle. we have verbally and written agreement, we paid him $760.00 and he never showed up and kept putting us off he did keep oin contact till last week now theres 0 contract. i contacted th phoenix police deprtment filed a report but pretty much said we had to go to the arizona registrar of contractors and file with them also waiting for response. I did some research on Angie's list (which i should have done that before i gave him any trust or money) but he had served time in florence prison for the same thing, he had done 6 and a half years and got released 6/22/1015 23 complaints ortega was ordered him to pay back $19,300 in restituion to 9 customers after he pleaded guilty to 2 counts of forgery and 3 felony counts of thief. iamy never get my money back but the thought of him possibly doing this to another family makes me upset channel 3 on ur side will you help my family get some justice?
