After speaking with Mr Santos about assiting some homebuyers I had looking to purchase in New Jersey Mr Santos Placed me on hold while him and his lending reps were in the back round while he left e on hold for five minutes. I at that point was hung up on I called back from my personal number a few hours later he answered again and said give me one minute and again the same thing except this time him and his team of lender we very loud in the backround with the the joking and playing I have been in the business for many years and have never seen such childish actions from some one who plays the roll of sales manager in my entire career of 12 years. I would not recommend anyone using there company or there services unless the wish to be lead into one of the biggest decisions of your life by a few cronies that have the professionalism of a five year old child I would stongly recommend any other company or office

This rude, aggressive and unprofessional co-caller (bottom feeder) tried to sell me leads and because I had questions and put him on hold to verify he snapped and became very hostile. He was very mean and I decided I did not want to move forward with him and his company. Since my attorney’s rebuttal demands, he has tucked his tail and apologized. Stay away from aggressive co-callers (bottom feeders).

I practice real estate law in Union County NJ and have worked with several employees of MLB. I do not know the person that you speak of, and I completely agree that the way you were treated was completely unprofessional.
What I do not agree with is you trashing the reputation of an entire company based on your interactions with one employee. I agree that, at the end of the day, any given company is responsible for the actions of their employees. However, having had several clients that have had positive experiences with MLB, and also having had positive experiences myself, I wholeheartedly disagree with your blanket statements that implicate the entire company.

My Post Was based on a Misunderstanding with Mr. Santos and MLB mortgage. Mr Santos had put me on hold because he was extremely busy that day and I had hung up before he could get back to me. After further investigation I have found that MLB is a quality company and Mr Santos is a Professional member of the company and I am looking forward to hearing back from him to assist some of our home buyers
