    I am responding to the attack on Michael Conway. I was surprised to read it, He is a very good attorney. He won my complex case quickly, with ease ,and at a very affordable price that was pre-negotiated. Sure, he fired me too as a client, but I deserved it for making fun of a Nixon quote on his email. He will fight all commers on your behalf, including a corrupt judge(and there are way too many of those as you may or may not know, just visit a court room). He knows the law better than I've ever seen, I personally witnessed him do a 24 page brief in 4 hours, of course it was do that day. Yes, he always seems little behind because he has too many clients. (Maybe that's why he fires some?). I am in the Contracting business for over 50 years and over that time have interviewed and (or) hired 56 attorneys(yes, I have all there names too). Only two of them were good ones. He is the only one left, because the other one died on me at 88 years old. Most attorneys will blow smoke up your rear to get hired, then sell you out to the highest bidder. Michael will tell you straight and tell you, if you lie to him, it's over.       Unfortunately, Most lawyers are like this joke I heard;

The vacuum cleaner has it's dirt-bag on the inside.

in closing, I can't help but believe that Michael was being attacked for political reasons related to running for judge. There are so many corrupt, bad Judges that keep getting re-elected, wouldn't it be a nice change to have a judge that can't be bought.

UPDATE:  Mr. Allen used the lawsuit Complaint he says I did not know how to write to settle his case to get money after I withdrew from it and after he did not pay his legal bills, that he still owes me, and after I gave him over 12 months to do it.   His rejoinder to my rebuttal is as nutty as his original complaint.   FYI:  Slander historically includes all defamatory communications made by a person including Allen.   I also did not add in my original rebuttal that he has 3 DUI convictions in addition to his felony record, and convictions for domestic violence.  

As an aside I have been endorsed by the AFL-CIO labor organization, am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a member of the bar of the US Supreme Court, three federal circuit courts of appeals, four US district courts and the State of Ohio Supreme Court, and am a former Marine Corps infantry commander who volunteered for combat.   Mr. Allen is one of the most dishonest and unemployable clients I have ever tried to help.  His attempt to disparage me is shameful and filed out of spite because I would not let him lie to me and get away with it.  Everything he writes which he claims is his opinion will not shield him from a lawsuit should I choose to file one against him, but I wont, given he has no money for me to collect when I win the case.  I am done with Mr. Allen.   If any reader needs legal advice, call me and I will see what I can do.      Thanks for reading my rejoinder. 

Have you reported this to the county bar association?  The fact that he is publicly posting protected information is concerning at the least. 

Mr. Conway's rebuttal statement is a demonstration of his ignorant and childish actions. Not only did he resort to using fallacies in an attempt to argue his position (which proves he cannot think on a logical, rational level), but he specifically stated that he fired his client. That's absurd, considering attorneys are hired by their clients. Not only this, but that means he introduced information to a Court of which he knew to be false (comitting perjury) in his Motion to Withdraw as Counsel when he stated his client fired him. The man is a fool. He knows nothing about the intelligence, capability, education or law background of his clients, instead he presumes he knows it all. And the fact that he used the term "slander" instead of libel is a clear indication that he needs to go back to law school. Slander is verbal, libel is in print. The man needs to be disbarred so he doesn't ruin other people's cases and lives... He's not fit to practice law. Again, this is only my opinion...

The report was filed by a former client Scott ALLEN.  ALLEN is a convicted felon who was sentenced to 5 years in prison and who was fired by me as a client because he refused to honor his legal representation contract and did not pay his legal fees and lied to me repeatedly about his intentions in his case.  Mr. Allen sued his former employer for wrongful termination.   ALLEN knows knothing about employment law or the practice of law and his comments are slander.
