Michael Tires Plus Charged me for unfinished job Cincinnati Ohio

November 2012 I went to Michel Tires plus in Finneytown to fix the trammison model sensor. the work was completed in 3 days. After recieving the vehicle for a job that should only take 1.5 , the module still was not working and car would not even move forward and or backwards. The technician explained it had not been adjusted and set correctly. Over 9 months the car continued to have issues with the same module sensor and engine light would flash on and off. So I took it back and the technician readjusted the module again.

Purchased tires June 2013 and the car was towed there took them 2 days to readjust and balance tires and my rim was bent . Over 6 months the front tire on the driver side had leaked, so I took it back three times. finally after the third time they bent the rim back correctly and replaced the tire then charge me 15.02 for another warranty in October 15 2013. This job took over 40 minutes along with they were searching all around the vehicle.

i drove off the lot the car was working completly fine. The car the next day would not start and started making real loud noise under the hood. I had to have my car towed back to them for my car to sit 3 days after the technician told me it would take 40 minutes to do a diagonostic which turned into 3 days and 1 1/2 to fix and car was not running correctly at alland shaking engine light flashing after timing belt kit and serpentine belt were replaced for $554.00.

Then they wanted to  give me another estimate for $1,755.00 a head gasket removal to determine if the valves were bent when you can use a camera to stick down through the engine and further more the car is misfiring which means there is no need for that to be done, the cyclinders need to be checked. I am extremly appalled this business is allowed to operate by cheating people out of ther money and not fixing the things they claim are wrong and you are continuing to have to bring the car back multiple times.
