Usernames 'Flashoser' and 'pss2maniac' seem to be Walker himself posing as satisfied customers. What a sick mind this guy is - - to read he believes customers are there for him and not the other way around is amazing. At least the BBB FINALLY updated their report online to suggest STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wonder what the result of his bankruptcy was? How many more rip-offs does this idiot need to pull before the law in WI. shuts him down? How does his ISP let him get away with it is another good question?

You treat people like they are your own personal property. I really feel sorry for anyone who has to associate with you, but then again no one does. You have no friends, no business partners, or companionship. You need to go live in isolation or better yet solitary confinement. You use foul language, menatally abuse people, drink too much, and have an explosive temper which has gotten you into trouble before. You claim educated people will not believe any of these posts yet why would anyone believe an obvious liar bent on using scare tactics and lawsuit threats? One thing a scam artist likes to do is go off on a tangent or decline to answer when asked questions once they are busted and you have a habit of doing that based on all your rebuttals thus far.

Your FAQ, like you, are one big joke! I noticed you changed them to protect you from your own mistakes. One of the things that used to be on your site was:

"However if we cannot fix it, we do not charge you either like Sony."

So without going off on a tangent, why don't you let the readers know why you charged me for a repair you never performed? Why did you violate your own FAQ you uphold dearly as though they should be part of the 10 commandments?

I wish I had found this websight before Mike got his filthy hands on my N64. First I am only thirteen years old but even I know that all this talk about how he can track people's e-mails is bullcrap! If this is a sign of his technical ability then let this be a warning to all.

Mike told me he could get my 64 to play gamecube and xbox games. I gave him my 64 and when I got it back there was a wire coming out of the cartrige slot and it lead to a cd player. the am/fm switch on the cd player had liquid paper on it and someone wrote GAMECUBE or XBOX on it. The way he fastened the wires into the slot was by melting aluminum foil in it. When I asked for my money back he said there would be a fifty dollar restocking fee! bullcrap!

I picked up a PS2 from you a couple of months ago. It works GREAT!! I have been reading terrible things online about VDO and I just wanted you to know that I think it is a pretty bad deal. It is amazing what people do. I have been sending people your way to get pre-modded PS2's and XBOX's which I plan on buying from you in about 2 weeks. Who is this very "accomplished" man? Wow, he sounds like a real catch. Lets see, will the REAL Michael Walker please stand up????

He is over $107,000.00 in debt (not including his house or cars) with 57 creditors listed on his bankruptcy. He claimed to have made $355,000.00 in gross sales in 2000. In 2001, he claimed over $168,000.00 in gross sales. He claims a monthly income of $14,000.00, but yet, he cant repay $180.00 to a customer. He owns a $140,000.00 house, a $13,000 (NADA value) sports car, he has a time-share in Cozumel, a sailboat, scuba gear, golf clubs, guns, an ATV, telescopes, and the list goes on and on. He is filing Chapter 7 because the time limit for filing AGAIN just expired. What is 10 years of bad credit when you have anything and everything you could possibly want? It sounds like he has a money management problem and would greatly benefit from credit counseling.

My opinion is Mr. Michael Walker takes advantage of people who are ignorant to his ways. If enough people speak up, something will be done. He uses his own ignorance as an excuse as to why he failed to list an "executory contract" in his orginal bankruptcy schedules. But yet, in his website, he claims that ignorance of his rules is not acceptable.

A word from the wise...
Never do business with a company that has misspelled words in its homepage. It is very unprofessional and a testimony to what kind of business experience you will have.

Strange that he has money to file suit in court yet cannot repay you your money back.

First of all, I would find out why the BBB of Wisconsin turns a deaf ear to all the complaints generated about this business. Next, I would find out why Mr. Walker filed voluntary chapter 7 bankruptcy (liquidation) instead of chapter 11 (reorganization) and continues to do business online without disclaiming the bankruptcy information on his web site to prospective clientele. If it is a personal bankruptcy, then why is it filed as DBA - Vdo Specialties? If it is filed as a business case and no assets, shouldn't the computers used to operate the web site be an asset of the business given to the trustee for compensation to creditors?
His bankruptcy should not be used as a tool to commit possible fraud and then have automatic protection from the courts should a small claims suit arise. While any suit arising from transactions prior to the bankruptcy filing date may provide VDO protection, transactions SINCE the filing date should be open to any court scrutiny.

Next, I would educate Mr. Walker by informing him that complaining about his business practices to the BBB or the DATCP of Wisconsin is not libel or slander. Finally, I would investigate if the sale of mod-chips or the sale of pre-modified game units violates the Digital Milennium Copyright Act and inform Sony and Microsoft of possible copyright infringement as well as filing a complaint with the Attorney General and the Sheriff of Chippewa County. Also, contact charter.com (VDO ISP) and inform them site is possibly violating ISP terms of service in areas of copyright infringment.
