My name is Eileen my email address is (((REDACTED))). I would like the whole world to know what a rip off the Miche bag company is. They sell very expensive purses over $100.00 and outer shells that are magnetic some cost $45.00 each some cost $30.00 each. I bought one of these pieces of junk and the zipper ripped out of it. I could have done much better at Walmart! When I called there the first time I was told that there was no warranty. So I emailed customer service. I got a liar named Julie who assured me that my new bag was on its way. This was in October. It never showed up. SO I emailed her again and again. She said it was on back order but the back orders came in last week and yours is on the way that was just another one of her lies. It never showed up. Last week I called and spoke to Natalie. She told me it was ridiculous that they kept me waiting this long and because of this fact I could pick a free shell of my choice and they would send the shell with the replacement bag that night. This was over a week ago and it's now December. I have been fighting with this company since October. Natalie also lied to me! No bag ever showed up. Do not buy anything from this company. Miche bag is bogus! They do not stand behind their purses and they are all a bunch of liars!

I would like to thank "Susan" at the coorporate office of the Miche Bag Co. because she actually cared about my situation. She made it right. After I spoke with her, she sent a new purse out to me right away and as a matter of fact, she threw in a few gifts for me as well, for all the trouble I went through with the defect. I want to say thanks to Susan. I really do appreciate her help, her care and the free gifts!
