Michael eikelbarner refused to pay out for services completed I his residence. We have given him several opportunities to pay his unpaid balance. He will not answer any calls and he may text back saying he will call you back soon. We completed a 5 bedroom carpet clean and pet treatment. He said he didn't have cash, or check to pay the bill. When we tried to call him back for payment over the phone he had yet to answer our calls.
